位置好好，好方便。近地鐵。去邊度方便。

但清潔極差，塵感好重，桌子好多麈，一坐低自己都沾到櫃桶門的麈，望入去仲多，冷氣有酸味，好難瞓得好，開着冷氣又臭，雖然有空氣清新機，但同時開冷氣空氣清新機，空氣機不停着紅燈，不停強力開動，好嘈，關冷氣，最後又焗到病。窗又開唔到。
在入住後第二天，沒要求cleaning ，只麻煩了清潔女仔幫手抹一下桌子塵，唔知她是不滿，有心定無意，之後我取替換毛巾的位置，門口下方牆有屎味，有漬，十分恐佈，須清潔！

離捷運站真的超近的，飯店非常的乾淨也很衛生，唯一的缺點就是跟所有的日本飯店一樣都很小，房裡的備品算蠻多的，廁所也非常乾淨，還有小小的浴缸，但要把腳伸長覺得很困難
隔天的早餐算是普通，可以把錢省下來去外面吃

離中洲地鐵站口步行3分鐘，酒店位置寧靜，我住2樓都沒聽到嘈吵聲。房內空間比一般日本酒店大，設施新淨企理，有咖啡機，整體令人滿意。

酒店位於中洲川端站旁，就算拖著沈重的行李都只需要走大約3分鐘便有電梯直達鐵路站。附近不乏便利店和餐廳，更鄰近商店街，步行前往天神只需要大約15分鐘，購物和餐廳選擇眾多。此外，酒店職員態度殷勤，亦可英文溝通。房間大小適中，足夠完全打開大行李箱。

酒店工作人員都很熱情。房間雖然不大，但很舒服，進門處空間放小的行李箱沒有問題，大箱子可能稍微有點擠。洗漱用品齊全，還配有膠囊咖啡機，洗澡水特別沖。房間很安靜，隔音和遮光都不錯。
酒店位置真的很好，從機場線中洲川端站7號口出來三五分鐘就到了，從酒店出發到博多站正好可以一路參觀“博多舊市街”，去一蘭拉麪總店很近，也就是從車站7號口走到2號口，離中洲屋台區也是十分鐘左右。周邊商場、商店街、便利店、各類餐廳、times租車點應有盡有，很方便很好逛。

一般的商務酒店，但離市中心很近，地鐵近，住宿安靜，延時退房需要加錢，衞生服務不到位，牙膏用光了也不給新的，衹好自己去要，電視需要收費，就是一個給你睡一晚上的酒店，別的都不能要求了，

地點離中州台端地鐵站非常近，附近半夜也有便利商店，整體的環境設施很新，就是一家不錯的商務旅館，但相對的沒有太多公設跟餐廳，但下次還是會考慮住的飯店
