Rakuten Stay Fukuoka Yakuin Family Room

I didn't receive the house number and password beforehand. It turned out that I had to check in before 2200. It wasn't written clearly. If it was due to flight delays/traffic jams/finding the way around, no one would respond to my emergency call if I passed 2200. You have no regard for the guest's situation. If you have a sense of responsibility, you can email the guest's password so that you don't end up having to look around for a place to stay. The service was very disappointing.

Convenient, practical, and all-in-one despite its small size

It was a very stylish room with a projector. The size of the room is unbelievable for an 8-person room, but the use of the space was wonderful, and I was able to spend a comfortable time☺︎

It was very good. I would like to use it again when I come to Fukuoka!

First of all, check-in was the worst. Have all guests enter information on tablets in the cold lobby. Couldn't this be done with a smartphone in advance? It's just a waste of time. Even when I was talking to a staff member, there was so much noise that the call was hung up even though I couldn't hear it. Even though there is a parking lot and it is empty, I am told that there is no parking lot. We obediently paid and parked at the coin parking, but other cars were parked all the time. what do you mean? I'm not convinced. When I entered the room, it smelled half-dried, the bathroom was full of mold, and it was extremely dusty. I cleaned it myself. The kids loved the projector and bunk beds.

It was very good! Even when I couldn't find the reception, they helped me by phone. However, the check-in screen logged me out right away and I had to start over several times, so I hope they improve that.

There were a lot of amazing amenities, and the atmosphere was great! Great to have a screen! You can only hear a little voice next door, but some people may be concerned about it. Anyway, it was really good! I would like to recommend it to many people!

The location is far from the station. Checking in is very troublesome. There is no staff on hand to assist. I can only talk to the staff using a tablet. I booked two rooms. After using the password to open the door, one of them was already given to another guest, whose luggage was still in the room. Fortunately there were no guests present. In the end, I had to contact the staff again and they gave me another room. I slept for one night. The next morning, a note was posted on the door saying URGENT!! I had to check out before 12 noon😤, and I had to pick up my luggage before contacting me again. Contact the staff and give me another room. This hotel gives a bad impression to the guests. No staff will clean the room. After staying for 7 days and 6 nights, the garbage must be cleaned up by themselves. There are no extra trash bags in the room.
