It took less than 10 minutes to walk from the station.
It is close, and the park in front of the hotel is quiet, which is nice.
It is within walking distance to Nakasu Tenjin,
It is a good location for traveling while thinking about exercising.
However, since it is a business hotel, the facilities are not good!
I recommend it for those who are just sleeping because of its cost-effectiveness.

The hotel is right next to Reizen Park and very close to the famous Kushida Shrine. It's just a few steps away, and you can take the Fukuoka subway to Hakata Station. The experience is great.

It is about a 5-minute walk from Nakasu-Kawabata Station on the Airport Line. If you don't mind walking, it is also convenient for connecting Hakata Station and Tenjin.
The Japanese staff at the reception were polite and made me feel at ease.
The overall bathroom is small and difficult to clean.
But other than that the room was clean and the breakfast in the morning was Japanese, Western or French toast instead of a buffet.
Choose from 3 types and get a free drink.
I chose the Japanese dish and it was delicious.
The key is not a card key, but a physical key with the room number engraved on it, so you have to leave it at the front desk when you go out

The location of the hotel is very good. It can be reached in less than five minutes by walking from Kushida Shrine Station along Nakasu Kawabata Shopping Street. It is in a quiet location in the middle of the bustle. It is also very close to full full and yakiniku wine shop. It is very convenient.
The CP value is very high, the hotel facilities are a bit old but very clean.
The service staff was very kind and allowed me to store my luggage. I will visit again next time.
