Hotel situated in Tenjin. It’s a shopping area. You can find a lot of restaurants and shop. Also, the Train station just beside of the hotel.

Location is very good coz it’s right at the shopping belt. It’s also at subway station, with an underground mall linking to a few food halls. Especially convenient on rainy days. Can go between Tenjin and Hakata station with no umbrella needed. Highly recommended but price a bit high.

Location is the best, just right next to the signature malls in Tenjin.
Offers luxury feel, think they had a renovation so every thing looks quite new, I was expecting the hotel to be dated. Service was good, can communicate in English w/out relying much on translation software/machine. Beware of the smoking room on each floor if one is sensitive to that, I was assigned to a room next to it and I was really bothered by the smell, luckily the staffs were able to arrange another option for me, very helpful staffs (at least on that shift).
Spectacular views from the 17th floor restaurant and food is decent. Restaurant is on the high end side so food can be a bit pricey.
The hotel doesn't have a main entrance on ground floor nor a bell desk, so getting off and unloading luggages were a bit hectic. There is a driveway but some vacant cabs are always occupying space there, something to be aware of.

Hotel location is good, close to Tenjin station and conveniently located near to the center and many Department stores around the hotel
But our room is very small has problems with opening suitcase
Is my birthday vacation trip , hotel has put some decorations on our bed with Happy Birthday card but no other surprises as upgrade or celebration treat
And the front desk staffs are ok and helpful, some are very friendly but some are just no facial reaction
But still, I will recommend people to stay in this hotel for convenient
