Heiwadai Hotel Tenjin Reviews

The hotel is a bit old-fashioned. It's okay for one person, but it's too crowded for two. The advantage is that it's close to the Tenjin underground shopping district. The Japanese breakfast is quite rich and tastes good.

A great value hotel that has everything you need. The reception is on the second floor. Recommended for people who are just staying the night without any inconvenience. Please note that the toilet seat is small.

The staff were very friendly and helpful. I was very satisfied with the breakfast. The amount was too much for me. The only disappointment was that the amenities were not extensive. The location was also good, and I would like to use it again!

I was concerned about the steps from the room to the unit bath. For breakfast, we had a choice of Japanese or Western food, and the food was delicious.

The receptionist was very friendly and I was able to stay there with peace of mind.

It's cheaper than other hotels nearby, so I don't have high expectations for the service, but it's good when you consider cost performance! Cheap or bad? Hotels with old facilities should be able to compensate for the hospitality of the hotel staff, but that is not the case at all. If you don't tell us at check-in, you won't even notice that you're staying multiple nights because you booked on another site. It was not even explained that there was a Toshikoshi Soba service for guests on New Year's Eve. There is no notice that check-out time is 11am on holidays. In the end, I received a phone call saying that January 2nd was not a public holiday and there would be an extension fee, but there was no explanation of the amount. There are so many things I want to say, like the bathtub being small and the cleaning being lax, but I've given up and think it's my fault for choosing this place. I will never stay there again.

It was a Friday weekend, but we were able to stay for about 3000 yen per person! ! It was very nice because it was close to Tenjin ^_^

For this price, you get what you pay for. It's worth it

I requested a non-smking room on a high floor, but it was nice that they assigned me a decent floor. The staff were very friendly.

I stayed there for 2 nights while traveling alone. It was nice. The staff was friendly and I was able to smoke comfortably in a room where smoking was allowed.

It is a 5-6 minute walk from Akasaka Station.

The inside was fine too. The staff are nice and the hotel is I like it.
