nice location for shopping - can reach JR station and underground from its B1
Good restaurants- many high ranking restaurants near by such as Mushashi beef bowl，Rikyu beef tongue
good amenities- have nice onsen for recharge after one day of shopping

We recently had the displeasure of being placed in a room where the bathroom tile/tub were infested with mold. I travel a great deal for work, so I spend a lot of time in hotels in most cases I usually don’t have any issues. It’s absurd that this 4 star hotel placed us in a room where you can’t even take a shower in. When I reported the discusting mold situation, hotel management asked me to take a shower in the public bath on top floor.

Good room service and helpful customer services. They helped to order Omakase for us for local Japanese restaurant. Welcome drink good quality. Spa good hygiene with supply of towels, no need to use room towels which earned high satisfaction. However, set breakfast rather than buffet breakfast which was beyond our expectations. 4 set breakfast not much choices during our 7 days stay in hotel. Food left behind most of time due to over size or food not fit the taste. Always food wasting occurred for customers. Will not choose this hotel again if still set breakfast. Anyway Miyako Hotel still earns high rating overall and will be suggested to our friends.

We stayed for 4 nights there. The Hotel's location is good closed to the Railway Station. However, there is limited dining facilities in the hotel and the indoor pool is a little bit small.

Everything is great is always. One thing I did not like was when I arrived to check in, the lady kind of rude trying to bar me from going to reception as it was not quite time for check in yet but we were in a hurry to drop our luggage and we planned to come back check in later. Besides the little rudeness other things were great

They’ve a tiny pool with a jacuzzi on the rooftop
Changing room & sauna room on the top floor
Good thing is the pool closes at Midnight & the changing room facilities closes at 0100 hrs so hotel guests can make use of these facilities
