The quilt was not cleaned thoroughly and there were still stains remaining. The sound insulation was very poor and earplugs had to be worn to sleep. Cockroaches were seen in the room.

Super clean and quiet place to stay. Common areas are spacious and you dont feel confined as in some of these hostels/capsules. Special mention to front desk staff who was super multitasking and super helpful.

I booked early, and the premium capsule was only 150. I originally wanted to change it to another one, but I decided not to. The price/performance ratio is very good. The independent booths provide a sense of security and are quieter at night. Next to the downstairs is the Yilan Main Store. Go down at 12pm You still have to wait in line, but if it’s more than 100, I think it’s still very satisfying.

Pros: The capsule is easy to enter and exit without crawling into it.
disadvantage:
1. Hotel & *** does not have a large public bath or spa facilities (then why on earth does it have spa in the name?;;).
2. There were about 4 amenities such as toothbrushes, but there was no notice of where they were.
3. I don't know if it's just my capsule, but it blinks when the light is turned on low.
4. The owner is very kind, but the part-time worker’s service is disappointing. People who came in at night were confused, not knowing if their capsule number was written on the key.
