A clean, modern hotel for a comfortable stay in a nice large room. A washing machine and microwave also provided. Bed a bit narrow and bathtub small for a shower. We were unable to open the windows so the room was a bit stuffy. Overall, good value and pleasant accomodation.

I can’t believe this is a Japan hotel!! It’s dirty!!!
Dust everywhere! I turn on the air conditioner for a while and then the air purifier red lights on.
Furthermore, there’s some mold on the wall which is causing by humidity(?) a grand new open hotel since December 2024. This isn’t normal right?
Also the lost key price is ridiculous! ¥9000?! It will cost you mostly a night of affordable hotel room!
The only pros i can tell is the bed, shower head got enough water pressure and it’s near Hakata subway station.

Reception on second floor. The bed is soft, will be betterbif its firm. Room is small, mulitple luggage not encouraged.

Good but a little bit walking. Staff is so-so compared to staffs in Tokyo or Osaka, not that helpful and acccomodating. Room is big. Bed is small.
