Expensive for the stay. The quality is not there for the price and would not stay again. Room had constant noise and the apartment building is unmanned. Only upside is that the location is decent but requires some walking to the nearest train station.

Location: Walking distance to Hakata mall and 7-Eleven. The closest metro station is a little farther of a walk which is fine if not visiting during summer.
Cleanliness: Passable but definitely see dust and hair in obvious areas. The shower drain didn't drain very well due to the net covering the drain being old and unchanged. We had to clean the old net after each shower for it to drain properly. This is the only place we stayed in Japan where we had to do this (we've stayed at multiple hotels and Airbnbs across Japan).
Amenities & Service: We found out the washing machine didn't work a day after we checked in and contacted the customer support. They sent a guy to check on the same day, and we were told they couldn't fix it. No offer to change rooms or any sort of compensation. That was very disappointing as we booked this place largely because of the washing machine. We had to suggest coin laundry as a solution and ask for reimbursement. They didn't even approve it right away. A couple of days later we were told to submit receipts for reimbursement, which is laughable. Coin laundry doesn't have receipts: you use coins, and the laundry app doesn't work on non-Japanese phones. As a result, we didn't pursue the reimbursement. They set up a new machine on the last day of our 8-night stay.

Right getting into the room, there was a fresh pork smell and we tolerated it for two nights. Toilet was quite dirty and it’s dusty everywhere. The worst hotel room we have ever lived in.
