The hotel is located within walking distance of Hakata Station, and there is a paid parking lot next to it and a shopping mall nearby, so it is in a very convenient location. The following points are of concern. 1) I couldn't get through to the phone to reconfirm my reservation. The number displayed was not in use, and it turned out to be a dedicated mobile number. 2) The entrance is on the second floor, so it's difficult for people with heavy luggage! 3) The room is extremely small 4) The linen smells 5) The walls and windows are thin, so I can't sleep because I'm bothered by all the noises 6) The room is completely different from the photo So I don't think I'll be returning.

There is no front desk. I was in a mess in the cold wind for a long time. Although there is a check-in process on the door, the words are very small and not conspicuous. The phone number left is only a Japanese phone number. Later I found the contact WeChat in a small corner. It cost more than 1,000 yuan to stay in a fully self-service hotel. The transportation is not particularly convenient. The location is not particularly good. There is no luggage storage service when checking out. It is recommended to add an extra 100 or 200 yuan to stay in a hotel near Hakata

We were looking for a cheap place to stay near Fukuoka Airport with two small children. This isn't a hotel, and there is no service or reception, but it was cheap enough for four people to stay, and it was convenient because you can get to Hakata Station from the bus stop right in front!

I tried calling several times to ask questions about check-in, but I couldn't get through. However, the bed was comfortable and I had a very good sleep.

I used it because I wanted to check out early in the morning due to work. Unlike business hotels, the rooms are spacious, but the interior feels old due to the age of the building itself. Perhaps because it was a corner room with two windows, the TV set was a little larger than an IPad (12.9). The unit bath may have been cleaned, but the scratches were black and the dirt was noticeable. I will never use it again unless I pay for the stay.

I liked that the staff spoke Korean very well. The response service is also excellent. The condition of the accommodation is good as it is fully equipped with a microwave, washing machine, hair dryer, etc., but the transportation is really vague. There is only one bus, and I don't know when bus number 15 will come. I haven't seen the bus pass for 3 nights and 4 days. You have to walk a long way to the subway station... It's really hot in Japan right now, and it's a long way to walk, so I was very disappointed. It's so hot that it's perfect for heat stroke, so I took a taxi, even though it's expensive. If you call an Uber taxi, it will come to the front of the hotel. Anyway, most of the tourist attractions are within a 7 to 30-minute drive, so the taxi fare is expensive. I think it would be better since it costs around 20,000 won. On the first day and the second day, I walked around without knowing why and got sick. It was much hotter and more humid than in Korea. There is a Seven convenience store 5-6 minutes away, and there is a 24-hour ramen restaurant right next door. It's delicious, but you have to order from a vending machine, so Papago is a must. It's an independent trip. All conversations went through through Papago. There is also Kimura Hospital and a pharmacy 3 minutes away from the accommodation. I got sick while walking in the hot weather, so I had to go to the hospital haha.

This is a great place to stay for a short trip at an affordable price. I recommend it!

I didn't have high expectations after reading the reviews, but it was much better than I expected. If you look closely at the inside of the room, there are some scratches and stains, but it's perfectly fine if you're just staying overnight. Not only does it have a TV, Wi-Fi, and a one-door freezer and refrigerator, but it also has a washing machine, detergent, a kitchen, stove, tableware, and a range.Although none of them are the latest home appliances, I think they are well-equipped. I slept on the W bed with 1 adult (female), 1 junior high school student (female), and 1 lower elementary school student (girl), and it was comfortable because the mat was firm and not too hard or too soft. I was able to sleep. There is an hourly parking lot next door, both of which are cheap and there are quite a lot of parking spaces, so there was no problem with parking. The only problem I had was that there were only enough towels and toothbrushes for two people. It wasn't a problem because I brought my own, but if you don't have enough for elementary school students, shouldn't you let them know in advance? I thought. The staff wasn't there all the time, so I don't know how they responded, but there were no problems with email communication, and the location wasn't bad, and the price was 10,430 yen (including the 200 yen tax in Fukuoka, which was left in the room). I'm happy that I stayed there.
