The hotel is close to Kawabata Shopping Street and there are 5 food stalls next to it. The rooms are clean. The view from the rooms is not so good because of the neighboring buildings. Breakfast is available at the hotel, but we did not use it this time. The location is very good for visiting Nakasu. There are two parking lots near the hotel, and it costs 1500 yen per night.

It's a bit far from the subway station, but there is a convenience store opposite, which is quite convenient.
The lobby and restaurant are beautiful, and the decoration is very retro. Unfortunately, the bathroom facilities are old, and the water dispenser on the second floor is broken. The hygiene and service are good, the breakfast is quite satisfactory, and overall the price is in line with the price.

It was conveniently located within walking distance of the nearest station, and the front desk staff were very polite.

The location was good and there were many convenience stores nearby, so it was convenient, but the rooms in the hotel were just so dirty... There was so much dust and the carpet on the floor was sticky for some reason and it was really disgusting, and I'd like them to clean up the area behind the shelves where there are a lot of wires.
There were so many spiders that I wondered if it was a home for insects.
There were only three outlets in total, and one was broken and missing. This is the first time I've stayed in a hotel where there were so few outlets in the places I needed them.
Also, the walls were so thin that I was woken up by the alarm in the next room, and the alarm on the bed went off at 7am even though I hadn't set it. The staff were very friendly and the location was great, so I would recommend it to people who don't mind a lack of cleanliness.
