A hotel that presents amazing value for the price. It's located close to Hakata Station, which is the main transport hub of the city. There are also several convenient stores nearby. The room is clean and well appointed, though you should expect the typical Japanese hotel room size. There are a couple of useful amenities in the hotel, including ice machines, microwaves, teabags, toothbrush with toothpaste, razor kits and towels etc. Breakfast is available for an additional 1300 YEN or so. One downside is that if your room faces the train tracks, noise could be an issue if you find it hard to fall asleep with the slightest bit of sound.

The room is very comfortable, spacious and we'll equipped. The location is very close to the station but the room is very quiet and you can't hear any sound when the train passed by. The staff in the reception is well trained and could speak English. It is easy to communicate with him. There are check in machines in the reception and it could speed up the check in time. I will highly recommend to stay in this hotel.

I stayed here for a quick business trip and overall had a pleasant experience. The hotel is conveniently located near the station, which made commuting really easy. The room was clean and well-maintained, with a nice view of the train tracks. Staff were polite and check-in was smooth. Facilities were decent for a short stay—basic but had everything I needed. I didn’t try the food, so I can’t comment on that, but for business travelers looking for a clean, efficient place near Hakata, this is a solid choice.

The Hotel is clean and tidy. Room a bit small but acceptable. Quite a distance from Hakata station, needs to walk 8-10mins.

Checking in at 13.40 after a long train journey was turned down by the male receptionist who insisted us to come back at 15.00 or to pay1000 yen as early check in fee. Absolutely unempathet and this has given me a bad impression

Booked this hotel for 1 night before leaving Japan. The hotel prices were quite high that night as it was the weekend. Everything was ok with decent service. But we find it a bit funny that the bathroom was bigger than the bedroom itself. It is not a big deal though. There is a noticeable noise from the JR trains but we find it very much bearable. Overnight parking at the facility was ¥1500/night which is a fair price. Would recommend this hotel for a short stay.
