If you are sensitive, it can be a challenge. The soundproofing is not very good and the noise at dawn can keep you up. However, the staff was friendly and the place was clean.

The hotel is located in Tenjin Minami. There are Mitsukoshi Depar**ent Store and Daiyuan Depar**ent Store nearby, as well as some popular coffee shops and mentaiko rice restaurants. There are often long queues. It is much more convenient to stay nearby. However, the hotel is relatively old and there is no free coffee and water. I went to the hotel in mid-November and the heating was on but there was no air conditioning. I asked the staff and they suggested that I turn off the heating and open the windows. The sound insulation was very poor. I heard the sound of electrical appliances being turned on in the partitioned room in the room and in the corridor. There was laughter in the room, and I heard an ambulance passing by late every night. Maybe I opened some windows.

Services and amenities: Basic amenities are provided. Most of all, it was nice to have a bidet installed.
Location: Within 5 minutes on foot from Tenjin Daimaru Depar**ent Store.
There is a 150 yen bus that goes right in front of Hakata Station in front of the accommodation.

Pros: - In city center, I choose here because of its location, lots of restuarants nearby. - Reasonable price, room is big in Japan standard. Cons: - Old smell in room, feel not clean. - Impolite staffs. - They have a car park, but can only adopt extreme small car.
