Living like Hotel Hakataekiminami

The accommodation is a self-check-in type. At first, I didn't understand how to press the code to enter the door. I called the accommodation (you can call via Trip, it's free). The accommodation provided very good support. The room is much larger than a normal hotel. I booked a family room for 3 people. There were two rooms and two beds, exactly as shown in the picture. The accommodation was spotlessly clean. If I go again, I will definitely book again.

Super bad! I spent half an hour trying to check in by myself, but I still couldn't check in successfully. I called the front desk to check, but the front desk staff only knew Japanese and we couldn't communicate smoothly. However, a passerby passed by and helped. When I entered the unit, there was only one air conditioner in the whole unit, but the two beds were in two rooms. If the doors of the two rooms were closed, the air was extremely stagnant, and even no air conditioning could blow into the room. In addition, since the air conditioner couldn't blow into the room, we had to turn the air conditioner in the living room to the maximum. Therefore, the person sleeping in the living room wanted an extra quilt, and they could also successfully get it from the front desk. Even contacting the trip.com staff to help communicate, they still couldn't get an extra quilt. The check-in experience was very bad. We originally booked three nights, but in the end we only stayed for one night. We lost the room fee for two nights and had to leave this hotel and find another one to stay in! If you have a family or children, don't stay in this hotel. The front desk can't help you with anything, and even failed to complete the communication.

It's a newly built unmanned hotel, so it's clean and really nice. It's bigger than I thought, and I had a really comfortable stay! But since it's unmanned and doesn't allow early check-in, the door doesn't open until exactly 3 o'clock, so it was really disappointing to have to wait in front until 00 minutes ㅠㅠ
