The location is very good - 15-20 minutes' walk from Hakata Station and the Bus Terminal. Several parks, a river, cafes, shops, everything you need are nearby. The apartment itself is simply AMAZING! It has everything you need, everything works. Perfectly clean. Instead of keys - codes on the front door and the apartment door. Check-in is completely remote - instructions were sent to the specified email, everything is extremely clear and fast. I checked in without any problems at all (and the lack of keys completely eliminates the possibility of losing them, which is very convenient). The only downside was that in the area where this house was located, construction work was going on in several places at once, so it was a bit noisy during the day (it was not very comfortable to sit in the nearest park)... It is quiet at night, so I am not taking points off - I did not sleep during the day and was often not even at home, so the noise did not bother me much, but keep in mind. Overall - an excellent choice, I definitely recommend it!

It was a very tragic journey. If you need to come here for the kitchen, don't do it, because frying meat can easily trigger the smoke and fire alarm, which means the kitchen is useless! And they didn’t have any service counter, so when it happened, everyone in the hotel ran out, but no hotel staff could be found! So we can only face the police and firefighters alone. Foreign tourists should never try this! It is recommended to spend a few hundred yuan to stay in the Hakata city area, where there are public facilities such as hot springs and a 24-hour reception.

Except for the slightly disappointing distance from Hakata Station, everything was good overall~ I was worried because there was a review saying there weren't enough towels, so I brought a few more, but I recommend that those planning to visit bring a few more as spares~ Oh, and the automatic door opening machine to enter the lobby often had errors~ When other people were entering or leaving, you could squeeze in, or if you look on the side of the first floor, there's a door that looks like an emergency exit, so one way is to go in there and use the elevator, so I think it would be helpful to keep that in mind~

The location was a bit disappointing, but the room was spacious and comfortable. It was especially nice to be able to relax in warm water after a trip because there was a bathtub.
