Clean, spacious, nice hot bath on the top floor. Except it’s a bit disappointing that the breakfast is quite Japanese style. Would appreciate it if the breakfast has more westernised / Chinese style dishes like Japanese style Siu mai or dim sum; omelette / sunny side up. Etc.

I had a wonderful 3-night stay at this hotel. The location is very convenient, just a short walk from both the subway and JR station, making it easy to get around. The breakfast was healthy and delicious—especially the cheesecake, which was a delightful treat each morning.
I like the room with washing machine, microwave, fridge with freezer.
As a solo traveler, I found the bed spacious and extremely comfortable. After long days of sightseeing, the hot springs were the perfect way to relax and ease my tiredness.
Overall, a great experience and I would definitely stay here again!

Extremely clean hotel. The shower is very comfortable! Staff is friendly. We had a dinner course at the hotel restaurant. It's very quality and of great value.
The only disadvantage is that there's no on-site parking. You could get a coupon to park in a nearby car park for 1500JPY per night. But it's a 5-min walk from the hotel and it's quite tough to walk outdoor in the winter.
The public bath room is very clean and comfortable.

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay at this well-appointed hotel. The check-in process was seamless, thanks to the courteous and efficient staff. The lobby immediately impressed us with its sophisticated, contemporary design.
Our room was generously sized, and the bathroom was particularly noteworthy, featuring dual sinks—an excellent convenience for families. The hotel’s location proved ideal, situated within easy reach of the train station and adjacent to a convenience store. Additionally, we were fortunate to visit during cherry blossom season, allowing us to enjoy the picturesque park directly across the street, where we captured memorable photos.
This hotel delivers an outstanding combination of comfort, style, and convenience. Without hesitation, I recommend it for both leisure travelers and families. We look forward to returning.

The location is fantastic—just a short walk from Sumiyoshi Shrine and Canal City Hakata, with a paid parking right next to hotel. The breakfast buffet, blending Japanese and Western options, is a hightlight. Rooms are spacious for the price, but some may find them dimly lit. The staff is friendly, and freebies like bath salts add a nice touch. Overall, it’s a great value for a central, comfortable stay in Fukuoka.

Excellent location. Good variety of buffet breakfast items, however lack of insufficient staff for food and utensils replacement and table cleaning. A long queue for entry and getting food. Green tea machines have been broken down for a few days, but no alternative individual tea bag provided. It needs to be improved.

great hotel with very convenient location. Comes with a nice public bath with indoor and outdoor pools. Nice comfortable temperature and ambience. Good sized room for a couple.
Highly recommend this hotel. The hotel breakfast looks popular although I didn’t get to try.
Hotel is newly renovated and reopened in Oct 2024. Located between Gion and Kushida Shrine Subway stations, so you have the option of 2 subway lines. Kushida Shrine is just around the corner and Canal City just a stone throw away. Walkable from Hakata Station, around 10 mins.

Room size is comparatively bigger than other hotels in Japan and it's just 4 mins walk to 中洲川端駅 , convenient location and 24 hours open ramen yasan is nearby that you can go to eat any time you want. Highly recommended !

GGuest UserI booked this place because I was looking for a place near a subway station and a place with a large room, even if it wasn't around Tenjin or Hakata. Check-in was easy because I checked in in advance. If you take a half-body bath twice in a row, the hot water will be cut off, so you have to get a new gas supply. The condition of the mattress and comforter was not good, and I had to pay 2,000 yen (including towel change) for room cleaning once, but overall, I was satisfied. There is traffic noise at night, so if you are sensitive, I recommend bringing earplugs. I attached a picture of the dishes in the kitchen. There were no scissors or chopsticks.
GGuest UserThe location is good, very close to the station and tourist attractions, and the hygiene is pretty good, but there are a few problems.
1. There is no front desk. You need to check in by yourself through the hotel iPad. The instructions are not clear and it took several people half an hour to complete the registration. If you encounter problems, there is no front desk to assist.
2. The drainage in the bathroom is not smooth, and water sometimes backs up outside the bathroom.
3. The Wi-Fi is very slow, and you can only watch YouTube at 480P at night.
4. The indoor temperature is difficult to adjust, the heater is too warm and the temperature cannot be lowered.
5. There is basically no view at all. There is only one window in the room, but the wall facing another building is airtight.
6. I stayed there for 5 days and no one cleaned it. I don’t know if it’s normal. However, because no one was cleaning up the garbage, garbage accumulated indoors and no garbage bags were provided. The toilet also started to get dirty and we had to clean it ourselves.
Conclusion: Only the location is good and the price-performance ratio is average.
YYee ManIt is very good at free for mini bar and parking this time. The room is clean. Hotel is very near HAKATA station. Hotel breakfast has a delicious mentaiko.
GGuest UserSelf-service check-in and check-out. I didn't see any service staff the whole time, which was a very novel experience.
The room is very large, it is a two-bedroom and two-living room apartment. The split-level design of the living room is a bit confusing. In fact, the size of a normal living room is enough for a large family to live in.
The hygiene is slightly worse than other hotels in Japan, but it is acceptable. Towels and toiletries are provided in sufficient quantities.
There is also a Japanese garden near the downstairs, which is marked on the map. You can go there when you have time.
The disadvantage is that you cannot store your luggage at the self-service check-in. You must leave with your luggage at 11 o'clock, otherwise the door will not open. The luggage storage at Hakata Station is often full, so it is recommended to arrange the itinerary reasonably if you want to play around the surrounding area after checking out.

GGuest UserThe room size is decent. You can flat open 28” luggage, but you won’t have space to walk. So half-open it.
Distance wise, it’s 5-10 mins walk to Yatai area, Nakasu area. In winter, there’s a Christmas market in Nakasu and it’s a pleasant walk from the hotel. Tenjin however, is a bit farther, like 20mins walk, or, you can take subways / Uber.
There are rice shop nearby, fruit stall, and the usual Konbini.
Breakfast is nice. They have seafood, vege and fruit spread for Muslims.
I like the bed. It’s not too soft, not too hard. Heating works well, and you can also open the windows.
Wifi is fine. You can watch netflix without lags.
GGuest Userwe got the corner sofa room, very spacious with 2 queen beds next to each other, very good with my 2 kids together. location was very nice, we drove and there are a few parking areas behind the hotel which was convinent. but they dont clean the room for you or enter the room at all so its good for insecure guest i guess. towel not changing was a problem for my wife....
