The outlook of the hotel is classic. Their lobby is gorgeous. However, our room is a bit old. Staff are friendly too.

Oddest of hotels. It’s a 10 story hotel that in reality a wedding chapel with rooms. My 10th floor room had three small windows with bathroom glass obscuring any view, and was decorated with plastic ivy.
A couch with stained upholstery graced one end of the room, but as there were no table or bedside lamps, there was no reason to sit on it.

We are not sure why there was a dog-themed event going on. The hotel was nice, staff were great, but we didn't see any indication of it beforehand and it was quite a surprise.

藤沢駅すぐ、HPでみる以上に素敵な洋館。 ドッグランやフォトブース、ワンちゃん用メニューなど 愛犬と一緒に泊まれるホテルというコンセプトに惹かれて予約。 湘南フレンチフルコースディナー（1泊2食付） プレミアムデラックスツイン（53㎡） 大きなシモンズベッドで寝心地も良く。 部屋にもペットシーツが完備。 写真映えスポットも多く、チャペルやロビー、 部屋、特に6階のフォトブースはすごかった！ お食事も鎌倉野菜を使ったフルコースディナー、 朝食はアフタヌーンティのような設えで焼き立てが 提供され、大満足。 チャペルや他の部屋もわがままいって見せていただき、 随所にこだわりを感じました。

9階に宿泊。エレベーターを降りすぐの非常口は電気は切れかけチカチカ、廊下も室内もカーペットはしみだらけ、壁は黒ずんで壁紙が何か所もはがれかけ、照明には埃か虫の影があり、バスルームは薄暗く、床は黒くカビていて気持ちが悪く、とても普通に販売して良い部屋だとは思えない状態でした。 チェックイン対応をした年配女性、言動がたどたどしく部屋へ案内すると言いエレベーターのボタンを押したにも関わらず急に受付へ戻り、宿泊名簿を書かせ忘れたと再度呼びつけ謝罪無し。対応全般がとてもホテルのフロントとは思えない人物。 予定があり他への移動もできない状況で止む無く宿泊、後日ホテルサイトより問い合わせたら副支配人を名乗る方よりこちらの氏名を間違えた返信が届き、返信内容も「ホテル協会の会合で話し合う」等要領を得ないもの。 ホテルステイが好きで日帰りが可能な近隣でもあってもよく利用しますが本当に残念な宿泊となり思い出すだけで気分が悪くなります。 婚礼がメインのホテルの様ですが、前当泊するゲストが実際にどんな思いをしているか考えると婚礼利用も控えた方が良さそうです。 早く淘汰されるべき施設と強く思います。
