The location of this apartment is very close to enoshima island and the beaches which is a plus. There is a 7 eleven nearby.
The unpleasant part is I had issues finding parking initially. The "road" that leads to the apartment building is also used by pedestrians so you have to drive very carefully and slow. There is no free parking. The nearest parking cost 2600 yen a day.
The bath towels provided are very small. There is no tap to fill up the bathtub so you have to use the shower head which is rather strange.

It was just the right size for two families to stay.
It was close to the station and Enoshima Aquarium, so it was convenient for families with children.
In the morning, we could hear voices and noises from the next room. Since we checked in late at night, we were worried that our voices and noises might have been a nuisance to the next room.

I was very satisfied with the room!
However, the cutlery and some of the bedding were dirty. (Maybe this was overlooked during cleaning?)
It would have been nice to have cups as well. (I bought paper cups to deal with this)
