"The room was a little on the small side, which seems to be a common trait for European hotels, but the bed was spacious, and breakfast was good. Its location was also quite convenient for getting around. We noticed a lot of Asian guests, especially Japanese and Korean. Overall, it offers pretty good value for money."
"Overall, I was quite satisfied with the accommodation. The location is super convenient; just exit the train station's side door, cross the street diagonally, and you're there. Check-in was smooth, though a city tax is required. The room was quite spacious and quiet at night. Breakfast was continental style, but the selection was a bit limited."
"This area where hotel is has amenities so it’s not just an airport hotel. New hotel, everything feels and smells fresh! Room comes with kitchenette - with pots, stove, fridge, coffee machine and microwave - u can grab groceries from the supermarket around the corner. Ironing facilities. For shower - only 1 type of soap is given - so BYO if you need others. Climate controlled - comfortable in winter. Love the heater in bathroom - great for quick drying of small items like socks. As the reviews pointed out, free shuttle from Airport (both terminals) but pay €6 per person for hotel to airport shuttle. Shuttle is on time. First ride is 545am. About 10 mins. Fast check in. Walkable to train station to get into town."
"If you find a cheap rate, go ahead - the hotel is fine and located in a convenient location. The rooms are small and slightly dated, but they are designed well and come with all amenities you'll need. However, my room was not cleaned (two days in a row)! The staff are not overly friendly either and didn't even bother to check whether my room was ready when I arrived slightly earlier than 3 pm. I didn't have breakfast at the hotel, so cannot comment on it."
"An Uber ride from Frankfurt Airport costs around 14 euros one-way, which is very convenient. Car rental pick-up and drop-off were also quite easy. The hotel is relatively new, so its facilities are modern and well-equipped, even including a kettle. A Rewe supermarket is also conveniently located right downstairs from the hotel, which is a huge bonus!"
"Very happy with our one night’s stay. The front desk staff Zachary was very friendly and helpful. We arrived early with three little kids and two large suitcases, and he kindly let us check in early. The breakfast was good and the gentleman in the breakfast room was very helpful and kind as well. He helped us use the waffle maker. We walked from airport T2 to the hotel. Just in case you want to walk there also, please refer to the picture below. Find this ramp near Gate #8, which is also where hotel shuttles pick up people. The hotel room was very quiet and new. There’s even central air-conditioning!"
"I would highly recommend this hotel as it is brand new and seriously punching above its weight. The property is reasonably priced and has very friendly staff."
"The room was quite spacious and clean, and it came with an electric kettle.
Breakfast offered a good variety, although there weren't many hot dishes.
The hotel is directly opposite Terminal 2 (T2). A taxi to the airport cost 12 Euros. It's also conveniently located on the S9 line, at the Gateway Gardens station.
There's a large Rewe supermarket nearby, which was well-stocked.
Service: There's definitely room for improvement; a friendlier, more smiling approach from the staff would be much appreciated.
(As I visited in summer, it was hard to capture the sunset, but I finally managed to get a shot of it through the hotel window.)"
"It is the second time I book in this hotel, with a different room type this time.
The room was spacious, well equipped and ideally located for me.
The staff was once again helpful and welcoming.
Nice point I didn’t know the first time, we can go downstairs get tea, coffee and other hot drinks for free."

Great
CChinI thought this place was fine. It was clean. The gym was a little bit lacking, but it was really cheap compared to other options of this level room was smallish, but plenty enough for solar travel and probably larger than most at this price and location.

Great
GGuest UserWe stayed here for 2 nights for the convenience of being close to the airport, as I had a long international flight to catch out of Frankfurt. The shuttle bus service from the airport was confusing as many buses were picking up from the same spot, but we eventually got it. The shuttle bus back to the airport was straightforward, one every 20 minutes. We particularly appreciated the service of the staff - the number of passengers who come through the door in crowds can be overwhelming, but they always stayed professional and calm. We had an issue with our first room, the air conditioning didn't work (it was 35C during the day) and they offered to change rooms for us. After another similar experience with the second room, they very generously upgraded us to a nicer room, and the air conditioning was much better. The beds were very good. Sadly, we didn't get to try their traditional German restaurant even though I really wanted to, as it was closed on the Sunday evening. The lady at the pool change rooms was very sweet and kind, she helped to show us how the lockers worked. The bar restaurant lady manager(?) was also very nice, she sat us at an outdoor table when we asked to change seats as it was very hot inside. Overall, we felt very well taken care of, and the service staff made up for the non-working a/c.

Very Good
PPart time travelerLocation is excellent, about a 2/3 minute walk from Frankfurt main station, has a small supermarket also within a 2 minute walk. Adequate amenities, you can alway ask receptionist if there is anything else you need (some you may need to pay for) nice spacious room with black out curtains and rooms kept a good amount of sound out. Shower was amazing hot water and good pressure. Would definitely stay again at the hotel. Just one major thing to consider before booking. At first we didn’t understand why the surrounding would affect the hotels review but we now see why it should be made aware. Nothing is wrong with the hotel and it’s not the hotel’s fault but on the street and surrounding streets you get a lot of homeless or people on ***** and can get quite dangerous and feel unsafe especially female guests. It’s not just 3/4 people either we witnessed at night around 15 people on the street gathering and would get cat called literally 10 steps away from the hotel.

GGuest UserIt's quite convenient for budget travelers and those relying on train transport. An Uber to the airport also only costs around twenty euros. However, the bed in the room was extremely narrow, and the A/C was so poor that it was too hot to sleep. Definitely not recommended if you have higher standards!

GGuest UserThe hotel is located in the center and you can walk to the landmark of the city easily. The river is a few steps away, there are many restaurants around. The concept and interior design of the hotel is uniquely fun and makes you feel good. For example there was an ukulele as part of the decoration in the room I stayed in and it was nice for me to find this musical instrument in my room, which i learned to play in my childhood and put aside. There is a kitchen on the top floor and you can cook your own food if you wish. There are also some foods and drinks if you want to buy you take it and write down on the list on the table, to pay when you check out the hotel. İt was a good experience and I liked the hotel.
GGuest UserGood for travellers. Strategic location that is close to FRA airport. Ample parking space in the garage. I booked a queen bed room but was given twin beds instead, did not bother about it as it was only for a couple of nights. Room is not equipped with a hot water kettle, however, front desk staff were happy to compel to give hot water in a flask every time. Room has a bluetooth sound system that one can connect a phone wirelessly and start playing music. Considerable choice the next time I fly via FRA. This hotel has very high occupancy rate...many guests checking in and out throughout the day.
GGuest UserThe room was clean and had all the necessary facilities. It's very close to the city center and not far from the train station, making transportation convenient. A great choice for solo travelers, and overall, excellent value for money.
