Located conveniently inside the Frankfurt Am Main Airport, the hotel reflects Sheraton's high standards. The room is clean and bed is comfortable. Breakfast is rich and variegated. Special mention to Mr Sergio who assisted me through a very smooth check-in.

The hotel is not as close to the airport as we thought. We arrived at the airport airport after midnight and found it is not possible to walk there. We ended up taking taxi to get to the hotel. The staff at the hotel is nice. He gave us two rooms for us and our kids though we only booked one. Breakfast is nice too.

We needed to spend the night near the Frankfurt airport since we had a very early departure the next morning. I chose the Best Western Hotel Airport Frankfurt since I am a rewards member and I like to build up those points. When we arrived, we were very impressed by the clean sleek decor of the reception area. Check in was easy and quick, and we made our way up to the room. The hotel rooms in Europe are generally a bit smaller than those in the U. S., but I was expecting this. We were pleasantly surprised by the room. Just spotless!! This room had a mini-kitchen with a 2 burner stove top, even a small dishwasher. There were dishes for 2 along with the cutlery. The Krups coffee pot with 6 coffee pods was a nice touch. The shower was perfect. I sure wish we could have stayed here longer, but we had to grab a taxi at 3:30AM to get to the airport. The hotel clerk called for a taxi for us, and the wait was only about 5 minutes. The absolute best thing about the hotel is the price. The price was one I haven't seen in a long time. This location is hands-down the best Best Western I have stayed at in years. I highly recommend it to all who need to stay in Frankfurt.

From the welcome gluwein drink to the comfortable, clean, and spacious gathering place, the Moxy is a millennial’s dream location. Numerous gathering places are available for group conversation, group computer space, sitting areas filled with character and easy humor. The well-equipped casual bar served both food and beverages. My husband and I enjoyed the Nurnberger sausages and sauerkraut with a local beer. A fitness center was available and space for meetings. The rooms were clean, modern, and equipped with indirect and motion-activated lighting. Transportation to and from the airport is easy with shuttle service.

This hotel is the red headed step child to the Sheraton next door. There is no lounge at this hotel (The one in the Sheraton is closed too). You get breakfast, which is quite good, instead...but of course it's at the Sheraton. Also, the Sheraton lounge, which you're supposed to have access to is closed with some strange green lock box on it. The room was nice, and spotless. Finding it was very easy by car using Google Maps, but the crowd of people smoking around the parking garage entrance smelled terrible and wafted a bit into the hotel. After I dropped off my car at the rental desk (In Terminal 2), figuring out that I had to go to Terminal 1 kind of like going to the banhoff there was confusing at best. Everything closes here at 10:30, even room service, so don't expect food if you get in late beyond some cold things in the display case. The room itself was great. I was upgraded to a suite with two bathrooms, and a living room. The master bathroom vent did not work, so you you did anything smelly in that bathroom, you would have to live with it for some time. Fortunately, I soon realized that the vent in the ”guest bathroom” worked, so handled those things there. The biggest issue was the electrical. There are master switches that turn everything off. Some are on the bed, some are by the doors, if you turn that off, then you can't turn on any bathroom light without going back to the bed, turning on all the switches on the side of the bed until you get the master one...then blinding yourself because you've turned on every light in the room accidentally. Super confusing. The plus side is there is a nice not blinding light near the bed you can use...if you can figure out what to turn on/off to get it on by itself. The refrigerator is one of those stupid vending fridges like they have in Vegas etc...but they aren't using it (yet?) so there is no room in there for your stuff. 2 German beers and a water bottle, and you're done. The internet was a just okay 30Mbps. It was surprisingly quiet in spite of being between a train station and an airport. Also, to the author of ”“Hard to find and no privacy in bathroom”, an earlier review, complaining about the X and Y on the wall as towel hangers...perhaps you didn't notice the other letters everywhere else too. This hotel is located about 20 miles away from Maintz, where Gutenberg invented the printing press. Your subtle slap in the face really was just your lack of education and American privilege showing.

The location is perfectly situated next to the airport which was ideal for our stay however really dissatisfied with hotel. No coffee milks in room so had to request this which were quickly delivered however somebody needs to check the milk there giving out clearly passed it’s sell by date milk was like cottage cheese hence the bad review. For the money I paid expected a lot better to be honest can say the hotel is one of the worst value hotels I have stayed in beds uncomfortable room hot and milk clearly gone off would not recommend.

This is the fifth time I've stayed at the hotel. Breakfast is great rooms are clean my only complaint is that they don't have refrigerators in the room. Stuff is professional I always see her every time I fry into Frankfurt Airport this is my preferred Hotel I paid $99 with tax which is a steal. At $150 it gets to be too much so the hotel was $140 when I come back in May and I booked stay City Hotel Apart Hotel when I return because it was $100 which is my price point for the Frankfurt Airport. I have zero complaints about this hotel the rooms are nice everything is clean it has a gym and it has a fantastic breakfast staff is awesome,,& very professional. In the surroundings about three and a half blocks away there's also a full-fledged supermarket and an Italian restaurant that's mediocre but a nice gathering place. I broke my major suitcase so I was also able to replace my suitcase at luggage store that was also three blocks away. I only took off a point because they wouldn't install a refrigerator

This is the accommodation I took to use Frankfurt Airport due to a business trip. It is located at the 1st stop of the accommodation and airport subway, and the office space for business travelers is neatly organized in the room, and there is a sofa, so it was convenient to use.

The interior of the room is clean and tidy, but I forgot to take pictures. The hotel has a pick-up and drop-off service in Terminal 1 near the entrance and exit of the railway station, which is usually convenient for half an hour. (Terminal 2 needs to take the airport bus to Terminal 1) When we went there, we didn't know that there was such a service, and we spent more than 20 euros on a taxi. It is also very convenient to go to the urban area. You can reach the urban area by taking S8 and S9 at the airport train station.

Didn't reply to the hotel's pre-arrival request for guest information, and while waiting (a long time) to check-in I couldn't see or figure out what the benefits would have been if I'd completed that pre-arrival form. The free shuttle bus stand at Frankfurt airport was almost impossible to find in all the stupid construction zones and I arrived at the hotel well after midnight. (If anybody ever tries to mention how efficient the Germans are, I'll present Frankfurt airport as glaring evidence to the contrary.) It was 50/50 with the hotel check-in staff: the gent at the non-aircrew part of the front desk took ages with the young family who sounded like they were repeatedly asking for something that was not possible. Those of us in the queue behind grew increasingly despaired - would any of us actually be able to use the hotel rooms we paid for that night? I was the third person who abandoned this hopeless queue and went to the ”aircrew only” part of the desk for help. Much much better! Checked in quickly with pleasant small talk to boot and I was in my comfortable room a few minutes later. When checking out the next morning I half expected to see that tedious young family still arguing with the front desk.
