Comfortable and spacious room. A bit old to be honest, but everything works. But not the WiFi 😕 water pressure is very good, breakfast is great. If you are visiting the falls, talk with the reception for advice.
Wonderful hotel with the unique experience of staying with the Parque Nacional de Iguaçu. The building itself is also a piece of history and the facilities are top notch. The staff is very attentive, informative, and friendly with the exception of the registration/check-in desk. Most of the employees at the front the desk acted as if they were being bothered to perform their job which was such a stark contrast from the rest of the hotel staff. We are a younger couple that had been traveling for a week prior to arriving to the Belmond and we saw the difference in the treatment one such employee (Martins) gave to us, as compared to other customers who may be older or appear wealthier.
In fact, we enjoyed the hotel very much regardless and wanted to extend our stay but we were met by ambivalence by Martins and Samuel at the front desk and instead of extending for three more days chose to save the money to stay another property next week.
A nice property very much with a family vibe and rooms spread out across a number of villas. The room was decently comfortable but quite basic, and with some curious absences, including tissue, and glasses or mugs or a cup of any kind, for which one apparently needed to ask. The buffet, both dinner and breakfast, was ok, though a bit more focused on quantity than quality, and the breakfast dining room was much more university dining hall than luxury resort. Staff was quite friendly and welcoming, though, and a tranquil spot to spend a couple days while visiting the falls and other attractions.

The room is quite satisfactory.
Facilities: good, but the sink is a bit shallow, which makes it inconvenient to wash clothes. In addition, the hanger cannot be taken down. It is inconvenient to hang wet clothes
Hygiene: very good
Environment: a bit noisy at certain times.
Really enjoyed our stay. Perfect location with access to the city and having the mall in front of the hotel also super useful. The pool is a good size and decor tasteful. The fitness room could be better equipped, but still workable. Staff attentive and breakfast ample and varied. I recommend it.
The hotel is not new, but the location is very convenient, there is a taxi site opposite, it is convenient to go anywhere, and it is all playing the table, very conscience, around eating places, small supermarkets; The room was cleaned very clean, it was rare in South America, and the bed in the standard room was larger than the domestic one. It was comfortable to sleep. The only thing was that the sound insulation was not very good. Someone in the corridor could hear it. Fortunately, I was used to bringing noise reduction earplugs, so the impact was not big. The service staff are also very skilled, and can reply in time if you need anything, Portuguese and Spanish can be, so overall it is quite satisfactory.
The hotel is well located and just with the express category. Wi-Fi gave me headache at the time I needed most to work in a meeting.
But I would be home again in this hotel.
As an extremely picky traveler, I was very satisfied with Las Hotel and exceeded expectations. The hotel is extremely cost-effective and the quality of facilities and services far exceeds the price I paid. The location of the hotel is very convenient, closer to the surrounding tourist attractions than in the park, more convenient, especially suitable for tourists who want to explore more local activities. At the same time, the environment here is very quiet, there are fewer guests, giving people a quiet holiday atmosphere, very suitable for relaxation.
What impressed me most was the staff. They were extremely friendly and welcoming and ready to help you, adding a lot of warmth to the whole stay experience. The hotel's maintenance is also in place, the rooms are clean and tidy, the beds are comfortable, the garden and swimming pool in the public areas are very beautiful, and it is a great place to relax.
Overall, Las Hotel is arguably one of my most satisfying hotel choices of the year. If you are looking for a hotel away from the hustle and bustle, good service and great value for money, I highly recommend Las Hotel. Everything here makes my trip even more perfect!
Worth having a name! Best trip to Brazil!
The hotel has spacious rooms, edredons and towels are of excellent quality and clean. The shower is excellent. The pool is great. Breakfast is very good.

Outstanding
CChiajuIt was a bit late when we arrived, but we could still check in, but the room became 1 large bed and 1 small bed. Originally, we booked 2 single beds, and then there was no water provided in the room, but there is a small kitchen that can boil water and microwave food, which is great if you want. You can make reservations at the hotel to go to the waterfall. We participated in the waterfall and bird park and also took a boat into the waterfall. It was really fun. The price is also cheaper than buying on site.
BBryce van de LaarBogari Hotel is a great place to stay if you want to see the Iguaçu Falls from the Brazil and Argentina sides. People on the platform comment on the high quality of the service and I would agree completely. The front desk staff answered all of our many questions with patience and good humour and definitely made our stay feel warmer. The rooms are clean and spacious (although a bit dark) and the Italian restaurant downstairs is fine (big portions). I would recommend taking a walk just down the street to visit one of the many Syrian/Lebanese restaurants for good quality, satisfying shawarma as well. The breakfast is typical of the region, with a variety of cakes, guava-based products and pao de qeijo. We spent an enjoyable late afternoon in the hot tubs on the first floor, which were a nice surprise.
GGuest UserOur stay here was lovely value for money there were many things to do here and with having a great pool and health spa this was a relaxing break. With a poolside bar and two pools one very secluded it catered for a range of individuals. Would definatly stay here again cant fault the hotel a really lovely place. The airconditioning was amazing and the staff were very professional thankyou
GGuest UserHotel is situated not very close to city center, but if you just need to spend a night before getting to the falls, it's ok. Just be prepared, that in the evening you won't have shops and bars next door.
The room was huge, but not comfortable.
Very strong smell of bleach.
GGuest UserThis hotel has a good location and a friendly staff. But it is dilapidated and need of a remodel badly. The rooms are old and the furniture is breaking down. The windows allow mosquitoes to come in the room from the outside. I killed at least twenty with my own hands. I literally sprayed the room and myself with mosquito repellant before I went to sleep. The worst is that I ordered room service and had breakfast at the hotel and immediately got Traveler's Diarrhea. After 7 days I flew home and was treated with antibiotics. I'm still recovering and needless to say it ruined my very expensive vacation. I don't know whether there is a health department or a similar institution there but the hotel should be shut down and all systems need to be revamped before anyone else gets sick!
GGuest Usertook the public bus from Foz airport to within 300 yards of hotel which is off the beaten track in an exceptionally hilly town so selecting the stop at the top of the hill is pretty important! friendly welcome at reception on arrival, efficient check in with all important info explained carefully. large comfy clean room with fridge and efficient A/C. breakfast included was pretty good with toaster to make cheese & ham toastie. nice pool with plenty of bed chairs (although only 59F so not used). buffet dinner with a la carte choices ok but unexciting. recommended Ten minutes walk (uphill) to public bus for Argentina or Paraguay (stops OUTSIDE bus Terminal) or falls (stop inside)
GGuest UserFirst of all, the location is very good. It is very close to the bus stop where the bus to and from Puerto Iguazu (Argentina) and the bus number 120 to and from Iguazu Falls depart and arrive. There is also a large supermarket nearby. There is also a currency exchange office nearby that gives good exchange rates. And the price is very reasonable considering the size of the hotel and the facilities. The room is spacious and the hot water is good. There is also a swimming pool, and the breakfast was more delicious than I expected!
EELI FERREIRA CALACA JUNIOREverything was perfect with a good restaurant, the only thing that could have been signs warning about silence after 10pm, there was a couple who were on a tour, it was impressive how they were arguing in the hallways and rooms, just this constructive criticism.
AAttilioIt was an overall good option for what we paid. This is a VERY basic hotel, however you do get your own room, with shower/toilet, we got a 5 bed room just for one night as we just needed a place to crash on route somewhere else, so it was fine. The room has air conditioning too, which worked perfectly, and a garage for the car, so all in all we can't complain.
I would however say again that it is a hotel on the more basic end, but again, good value for money. Breakfast was also decent.
