Hotel just reasonable, structure already old, deteriorated by time.. it is not possible to consider it as 5 stars as advertised.
The positive highlight is the Blue Park water park, which is great.
The negative highlight goes to trip.com, which advertised as if admission to the water park was included and it wasn't... causing great embarrassment at check-in.

Location was OK. Place is overrun with misbehaving children, and several guests (not staff) were quite rude. Our initial rooms were quite bad and it took until about 10:30 pm to finally get into some decent rooms for us and our 2 adult children. We would not stay there again, given a choice.

horrible experience , not even a 3 stars level . dirty room , the bathroom was dirty , i found hair all over the floor . the bathroom instalations was so old . the hotel needs a remodelation asap.
i told the front desk , and they all said they were new to the hotel , and did nothing .
disapointing !!!!!

Very good hotel and infrastructure to relax with family. Very good water park, good recreation team.
Main weak point: don't expect to drink a good beer... the options are terrible (Petra, Cacildis and Black Princess) and at an absurd price (R$ 13 a can).
Great room, but in the bathroom, at certain times, there was a strong smell of a septic tank.
Another weak point: consumption is all in wristbands, by approximation. But there is no terminal for you to track your expenses.
