This is my first time staying at this hotel. Although the location is a little far from the city center, the surrounding environment is very spacious. The hotel is newly opened~ I am very satisfied with the layout and the quality of the rooms. Before check-in, we were each given a welcome drink at the dining area on the top floor of the hotel. There is a terrace. The view is very beautiful. The other side of the river is Fisherman's Wharf.

Amazing service. Ann at the front desk always makes me feel welcomed. We encountered a minor issue with the room and Ann upgraded us to a suite.
