房間特別臟，好像沒打掃過衞生一樣，然後沒有電梯，周圍也黑乎乎的，在居民樓離，設施很舊，主要是太臟了，一股怪味

特別容易堵馬桶，每次上廁所沖水都沖不下去，水一直飄着在上面不下去。如果是上大號，更慘不忍睹，直接堵死了，連廁所都上不了，衹能去外面自己找廁所。晚上洗澡也是堵水，水排不出去，整個廁所地上都是水，鞋子都可以飄起來了，真的特別煩人。晚上睡覺還發現有蚊子。整體房間就是光線暗，空間小，設備不齊全。而且樓下都是小巷子，很安靜，也不好找路，晚上睡覺都擔心不安全。拉黑了，性價比不高

1.民宿旁邊就是大馬路，有共享單車，可以騎車去漁人碼頭，5分鐘，很快很方便2.安全性，這是自己家裡，這邊可以理解為村子，社區，大多數家裡都是做賓館，客棧，但是這位家主人很用心在打理自己的店，從網圖就可以看到3.環境很好，很衞生，價錢也便宜，拍了一些圖片，僅供網友們參考，還是推薦大家入住的，老闆一家人很熱情，這個價錢很是經濟實惠的【最後一張圖是隔壁的雙人間，圖片僅供大家參考，還是挺大乾淨衞生的】

優：老闆熱情，周圍吃飯方便，房間整潔，有瓶裝水，附近有共享單車。 缺：節假日樓下很吵（大人小朋友的説話聲、煙花聲）吵到凌晨三點，大環境不可避免吧，酒店沒電梯，安排的房間在6樓，對有行李箱或年紀大的不是很友好。另外房間的窗不是紗窗，進來的時候開着的，看到有蚊子。 綜合：節假日加了點價，但也不算貴，如果要求不高的可以考慮。我自己是看了評論説安靜才訂的，實際不是很符合，中肯評價，不給差評。

五一出行來順德旅遊，這家店價格還可以接受，步行可以到漁人碼頭，離容桂高鐵站比較近一點，如果選擇定這家店可以買到容桂高鐵站，本來定的是大床房，晚上入住的時候店家給升級成雙床房了，衞生方面還是可以的，就是熱水不是很足，還好是廣東的天氣比較熱，個人覺得還是不錯的。

環境優雅乾淨衞生非常不錯的，房間採光不錯，衞生也搞的挺好的，對於我這個對睡眠質量要求比較高的人來説，感覺可以了。性價比很高，下次來玩還會來住。
