We are very satisfied. We live alone in a room. The double bed is a bit small for two people. It is very comfortable for one person. The hot water is very good. The room is very clean. There are two sets of towels. You need to bring your own shower gel if you don’t have it. There is a kitchen so you can make it yourself Prepare breakfast. The price is right. I have chosen student apartments twice for this trip and they were both good.

Ok start with the positives - it is close to the town and train/ bus station The staff are incredibly nice, they are doing a tough job - everyone complained, not their fault! Ok the nitty gritty - the rooms are tiny, we had a room for 2 it was for 1. No hairdryer, no room, the most awful cheap lumpy mattress and bedding - that was the lowest point - the crap mattress. Noise of other people banging doors, banging each other, no tolieteries. I would be reluctant to pay 20 quid to stay there, we paid 100 stg a night. We were hiking both days, tried despeately to book elsewhere in the end ****** it up. it is beyond awful

Possibly the most uncomfortable bed I've ever attempted to sleep in. Awful. Would have been better off sleeping in the car. En suite claustrophic and stuffy. No bins to put any waste in, in either bathroom or bedroom area. WiFi codes not visible anywhere, so presume that wasn't included in price of stay. Condoms in abundance were free however.... The man on reception and the maintenance man were both very polite, friendly and helpful. Can't fault them.
