Prices start at £4 or £5 per night... This is an old castle hotel on the west side of the Scottish Highlands. From a common area point of view everything is well done and impeccable. But from the point of view of the rooms...the price/performance ratio is obviously super low. The facilities are outdated, so I asked for a humidifier... The shower room has very strict requirements on the size of the guests, and I personally feel that the water pressure can be further improved and improved. The laudable point is that the shampoo, conditioner, shower gel and soap in the bathroom...all have two ball royal certifications, and the quality is also carried. The cold and hot water device of the washbasin is a traditional separate type, which is the kind of water that you either use cold water or hot water, and it cannot be warm water anyway. The sofa in the guest room is made of fabric. The disadvantage is that you can't see whether it has lice or whether it is clean. Anyway, it is so old that people don't want to sit on it at all. The carpet is lint-free, which means it's ”aged”. Well, let's talk about the public area: the restaurant's production is still quite standard, with Michelin standards, whether it's dinner or breakfast... It's pretty good, but the quality of the coffee is not good. The service staff are warm, courteous, serious and smiling. There are several casual living rooms and even dining rooms in the indoor public area, all of which are luxurious, comfortable, freehand, and comfortable, and there is nothing to fault. There are a large number of areas in the outdoor woods and paths that need to be improved, such as greening projects. One last thing to add: parking is free. After all, the owner, Mr. Chai, is a Chinese from Southeast Asia. The land of the ancient castle covers an area of 5,000 acres... If parking charges are required... it would be too stingy. Really great Hotel. Cheapest around as well so don’t really get when people book cheap hotels and complain that it’s not 5* 😂. Location is amazing. The Loch is beautiful. Staff are really nice. Rooms have everything you need and are quite spacious. Food is really good although a wee bit expensive but still good sized portions.

The proximity to local attractions and daily necessities is the main selling point of this accommodation. And the spectacular lake view of the dining hall brings another enjoyment to your breakfast for starting a day !

In fact, Glencoe Canyon does not have a fixed attraction. After coming from Lomond Lake and entering the mountains, every viewpoint is an attraction. Location is great, staff are very friendly and welcoming, the room was absolutely fantastic, and the full Scottish breakfast was generous and tasty. The hotel room area is ok, located in Ben Nevis in the middle of the mountain, the surrounding environment is very beautiful, like nature or hiking is really great, because there are hiking trails, if you like off-road cycling, here there is a cable car can go straight to the top of the track.
