The room is quite compact, without even a sofa for resting, but other aspects are good. The style of the furniture, the decoration and the color matching of the room have all been carefully considered. Breakfast is not a buffet but a meal. There is a 24-hour self-service coffee machine at the bar. There are many drinks and snacks in the room. Except for the small size of the room, everything else is good.

This was quite a dated hotel although located right in the centre of the town with free parking facilities. However, the hotel room was really dated although the toilet seems to have been recently updated but was really small. The price of the room was also pricey as compared with the state of the rooms. The hotel exterior although fit in with the theme but the sign had one letter that dropped out. Overall, I think the hotel is too dated and pricey.

It was late when we arrived. The landlord had been waiting for us. There was a hand sanitizer prepared at the door. The host was very enthusiastic. He introduced us to the surrounding environment and told us where to eat. The room is on the second floor, you can see the sea by opening the window, the scenery is very beautiful

An old hotel, fairly clean. Beautiful appearance. Enthusiastic Filipino and Indian waiters. The bed, bedside table, table, and sofa in the room look like products from the 1980s in my country. The bed in the family room is relatively wider than other places. (Most beds in British hotels are narrow)

I was worried when I read the reviews at first, but other places are either far away or super expensive. When I arrived, I found that it was okay, it was an old-fashioned European hotel, the room was unexpectedly large, and the sanitation was also good. The sound insulation is poor. When I got to the hotel, I was asked to pay a little bit more than what was advised by trip.com, but every penny was worth it! Location is great, staff are very friendly and welcoming, the room was absolutely fantastic, and the full Scottish breakfast was generous and tasty. The only disappointment was I couldn't get a bath because the bathtub obturating plug didn't work properly. However, the overall experience was good. Thank you!

服務太讚了！！我們從湖區一路開車過來，到達時是晚上8點多，錯過了最遲入住時間，旅館職員下班前通過攜程不斷聯繫我們，但因為路上無信號，我們並不知道。到達後見到前台無人，我們一臉懵圈，試着致電旅館人員，對方馬上接聽，告訴我們已安排好的房間號碼，房門沒鎖，鑰匙在房間桌面。並且有一張手寫的留言放在旅館門廊的顯眼位置。很感動！我們頓時心安下來，房間整潔乾淨，衞浴特別特別寬敞，桌上還有歡迎小餅乾。晚上很安靜，隔音不錯，聽不到其他房間的動靜。早餐正對着湖面，心曠神怡。旅館員工還特意問候了我們入住感受，並昨晚的不便致歉。這是太贊啦！

If the hotel parking lot is full, you can park the public parking lot 50 meters away and stay free before 8:00. The house is older, the room is small, and the facilities are old. This is the most expensive one I have ever lived in the UK but the smallest one. The price is too low and the check-in procedures are the most cumbersome. But the hotel is very beautiful, the location is good, the aunt who serves is very warm, the breakfast room is amazing, and the breakfast quality is very good.

Really great Hotel. Cheapest around as well so don’t really get when people book cheap hotels and complain that it’s not 5* 😂. Location is amazing. The Loch is beautiful. Staff are really nice. Rooms have everything you need and are quite spacious. Food is really good although a wee bit expensive but still good sized portions.
