Ho alloggiato a Corte Livia con un mio collega per lavoro , ci ritornerei sicuramente La struttura in pieno centro e’ bella e molto silenziosa, con ampio e piacevole giardino con una magnifica magnolia ed il posto auto. L’accoglienza da parte di Azzurra e’ stata perfetta ci ha indicato e consigliato cosa fare e molte alternative su dove cenare La colazione un grande plus! Viene servita in struttura in un bel salone, tutta cucina espressa su ordinazione! Bravi

Prima esperienza in un room and breakfast.Nel complesso positiva ma con alcuni inconvenienti.Il personale è gentile ,anche ee è presente in un ridotto numero di ore, e i locali curati e molto pulito.La colazione è discreta e può essere integrata con cose ducinate al momento.Per parlare dei lati meno positivi,ho alloggiato in mansarda in cui c'erano un lucernaio iin camera con tendina ed uno in bagno senda alcuni tipo di schermatura per la luce,per me eccessiva..Inoltre nella stanza non c'è la cassaforte. Il parcheggio interno è scomoda da raggiungere.Come consiglio, questo si può evitare visto che a 10 minuti a piedi c'è un parcheggio comunale a soli 2€/giorno. Il prezzo credo sia adeguato alla struttura.

Corte Livia è veramente un'ottima struttura per chi arriva a Forlì. Raggiungibile a piedi dalla stazione e praticamente in centro, se la sera si volesse andare a piedi in centro per cenare. Il personale è sempre stato molto disponibile e cortese. Per quanto riguarda la camera sono sempre stato fortunato ad avere la suite che è veramente bella ed estremamente spaziosa. Infine, ottimo il giardino e la sala comune al piano terra.

Habitación cómoda y amplia con baño completo un salón para compartir con el resto de huéspedes amplio con un gran jardín zona tranquila y silenciosa ya q esta en un callejon desayuno completo y variado tubimos un problema con la agencia pero al final se solucióno y siempre tranquilizando para buscar una solución

Ho soggiornato per motivi di studio. Posto molto pulito, tranquillo ed ordinato. Personale gentilissimo e attento a qualsiasi richiesta dei clienti. Colazione molto buona! Collocato lungo la via principale della città, comodo per raggiungere il campus.

Una soluzione validissima in pieno centro di Forli'per visitare Forli' Un palazzo ristrutturato molto bene , con un giardino molto carino ,spazio interno coune per colazione e relax molto curato ;non da sottovalutare la possibilita' del posto auto .Noi abbiamo scelto la suite Magnolia :pulitissima molto ampia ,grande bagno,arredamento curato ,una vista bella sul giardino e sui tetti di Forli'Se devo trovagli un diffetto e' la mancanza di un frigo in camera Personale gentilissimo ,colazione buona e prezzo adeguato a quello che offrono Lo super consiglio
