Great hotel with amazing staff. We selected this hotel as it is close to the Imola Race Circuit (30mins away) and wanted somewhere that was good value and located close to a town. It ticked every box and more! Rooms, inc air con were great, service by everyone was superb and a great breakfast included. We stayed 3 nights, thoroughly enjoyed hotel, Forli (Imola) and would have no hesitation in returning. As for value, including breakfast X 2, for just under euros80 a night! Will definitely return. Having looked at other poor reviews, I just don't recognise the same hotel.

Last week, we stayed here for the second time, and had a great experience once again. This elegant hotel has clean and spacious rooms, very good breakfast with ample choice and an excellent restaurant. Service is friendly and efficient. There's a swimming pool on the roof with nice views, but closed this time of the year, of course. The city center is a 5 minutes drive, and the location is ideal for excursions to the many interesting towns and places nearby. If we are in Forlì again, we will be back !

First night in this place and may not even think about the fact I still have to stay 3 more days.... From the 4 stars I think at least 3 stars are fallen down..... Room old, the absolute minimum of furniure, terrible bed and 27 ° C in the room that has airco regarding the site and it's not even summer.... Complaint at the reception but the only answer was 'if airco is not working maybe you can open the window ???”.So no sleep because of the noise outside and eaten by mosquitos ....Whenever you are in Forli, please don(t choose this hotel !!!

We are business travelers and our clients stay this hotel many times . It a standard 4 stars hotel , clean , staff and environment are good .
Unfortunately this time had a bad experience on it .
Never happened in this 4 star hotel .
The staff given the room key and well check-in for our clients at Italy time 9:00pm , Once they entranced into the room . The room was occupied. We immediately run to the front desk , the stafff use 1 hour to handle the case and said not available the triple room .
We didn’t said we must the triple room , we are 2 persons
At least settled down for us at night time . She use 1 hour slowly motion to handle the case . And said we have 2 single room for us but need extra EURO20/per room means extra total EUR 40 more . At that moment we only accepted because at night 10pm . We never see this non professional skill on any star hotel . We are happy on their management. They want to understand what happened on their staff . Management will to listen and known what are the mistakes on their staff . Thank you for their management officers.

The hotel is located in a strategic position (a short distance from the centre and the railway station) with a comfortable, smileful and educated staff. Breakfast with good offers, fresh and diverse. I look at the inner courts, disordered and negligible, like all inner courts between the different buildings. Hard rubber to be operated due to calcation, comfortable shower, missed the 2 additional bed couchs, a day-to-day box (we don't prefer it). Clean ...NI ...i common hair/hair in the towel and the unsmooth coat and some spore of dirt near the comforts ...things saw unfortunately in all hotels in this category. Overall a valid accommodation for occasional breaks, work, etc...

GGuest UserThe hotel is located in a strategic position (a short distance from the centre and the railway station) with a comfortable, smileful and educated staff. Breakfast with good offers, fresh and diverse. I look at the inner courts, disordered and negligible, like all inner courts between the different buildings. Hard rubber to be operated due to calcation, comfortable shower, missed the 2 additional bed couchs, a day-to-day box (we don't prefer it). Clean ...NI ...i common hair/hair in the towel and the unsmooth coat and some spore of dirt near the comforts ...things saw unfortunately in all hotels in this category. Overall a valid accommodation for occasional breaks, work, etc...

GGuest UserGreat hotel with amazing staff. We selected this hotel as it is close to the Imola Race Circuit (30mins away) and wanted somewhere that was good value and located close to a town. It ticked every box and more! Rooms, inc air con were great, service by everyone was superb and a great breakfast included. We stayed 3 nights, thoroughly enjoyed hotel, Forli (Imola) and would have no hesitation in returning. As for value, including breakfast X 2, for just under euros80 a night! Will definitely return. Having looked at other poor reviews, I just don't recognise the same hotel.

First night in this place and may not even think about the fact I still have to stay 3 more days.... From the 4 stars I think at least 3 stars are fallen down..... Room old, the absolute minimum of furniure, terrible bed and 27 ° C in the room that has airco regarding the site and it's not even summer.... Complaint at the reception but the only answer was 'if airco is not working maybe you can open the window ???”.So no sleep because of the noise outside and eaten by mosquitos ....Whenever you are in Forli, please don(t choose this hotel !!!
