チェックインはフロントが無く、外のドアから電話して開けてもらうので、ちょっと時間がかかりました。チェックアウトは部屋のドアに鍵を差し込んだまま、建物ドアと外のドアを開けて勝手にでます。わかりにくいので、最初にちゃんと聞いた方が良いですね。共用キッチンもあって快適でした。

Very comfortable, quiet room, with TV and air conditioning. Shared bathroom and kitchen for common use, all extremely clean, hand laundry room and lockers for luggage storage. Close to the center.

The site is not very clear, when you select the Italian language some information which in my opinion is essential for choosing the room remains in English and can be missed before deciding whether to take the room or not. The bathroom is shared so it must be written in Italian.

I had booked a month in advance for one night, so I received an email from them with the confirmation. We arrive at the indicated arrival time and, given the absence of bells, we call the numbers indicated on the sign hanging on their gate. One of the two numbers doesn't work, while the other doesn't answer and, after 7 attempts, I try to write an email. Booking sends me an email in response saying that Gardenia's email address is no longer valid. Everything makes us think of a scam, so we call and book somewhere else. Half an hour after our various calls, Gardenia called us, asking us if we would therefore sleep with them or not and, when we said no, everything seemed ok. Instead they deducted my money, even though the payment was made at check in (never made) and they never gave it back to me, not even via booking.

I only stayed for one night, the room is small but has all the comforts (like air conditioning which is essential). The bathroom is shared but really spacious and very clean. There are other common areas such as the kitchen and laundry room on the ground floor, complete with everything. Recommended for those who have to make a short stop like us!

For a year now I have been a customer of the Gardenia Guest House for my business trips to Forlì. I discovered it at the suggestion of a colleague and I never left it again! Filippo is uniquely kind and bends over backwards to always find me a place, the rooms are perfectly clean thanks to the professionalism of Thea and Katia and the fact of having a kitchen at your disposal in case you don't always want to dine out is very convenient. You can easily reach the center on foot, but with the convenience of being able to park in front of the guest house. I would highly recommend it to everyone!

Excellent Guest House close to the center of Forlì, you can opt for a room with bathroom or choose to share. Structure kept impeccably, clean and tidy. On each floor there is a shared kitchen equipped with everything. Filippo, the owner, was extremely courteous and kind. Highly recommended facility.
