I liked the hotel, but it could have more chairs and loungers in the outdoor pool area, but overall the hotel is great for accommodation.

After showing my passport at check-in, the front desk kept asking me voucher, but I showed him and continued to ask me for it. I did n’t listen to any explanations. After waiting for a while, I could finally move in, but I did n’t understand! Many locals come here as a family, and there is an outdoor pool

The hotel is well located, close to the public market and the famous Hercilio Luz Bridge. We stay in the luxury apartment with sea view, well spacious, the parking service is the part, with a manufacturer.

After arriving in Palhoca, Brazil for a 35 day vacation, the accommodations that we reserved was terrible. There was no way that we could stay even one night. We were blessed when we called the Firenze Business Hotel and spoke to Pedro. He was fantastic. It was even more than a blessing that the hotel was only a short walk from where we were. After dragging all of our luggage the short distance, we were welcomed with open arms. Pedro went far and above to get us settled. In the morning, we met another angel, Natasha. She worked out all the details so that we could stay for the entire time. Natasha was there every morning with a smile and helped us on every matter that we had.Only due to the dedication of the entire staff, this vacation would have been a disaster. So to Natasha, William, Thayse, Pedro, Paulo, Edwardo, Leonardo, and the entire staff of the Firenze Business Hotel, we thank you. To all those looking for a great place to stay for one night or for a long term length of time, you can do no better than the Firenze Business Hotel and the wonderful staff that they have.

Let me start by saying I am quite picky when it comes to hotels and this hotel was beyond expectations, location was good, staff were very friendly and helpful, the lobby is simply beautiful with earth tones and nice lighting and the room was extremely comfortable, spacious nicely decorated, very comfortable beds, nice bathroom and many tv channels, but the breakfast was wonderful, several kinds of fresh delicious bread, 2 or 3 kinds of croissants, fruits eggs and bacon, fresh hot pão de queijo and really good expresso, and again fantastic staff everywhere, doing everything possible to make our stay more enjoyable. We will definitely be back!

Hotel located on the sea side with a wonderful view of the Hercilio Luz Bridge, postcard of Florianópolis. New facilities. The restaurant has little variety of dishes, which forces the guest to look for other external options, which are not good too. The hotel is well isolated. I recommend it.
