I come to florianopolis from Hawaii. I barely speak a word of Portuguese and I encountered Eduardo who worked at the Simple pool bar. I was treated so great by him and it helped me a lot that he spoke English fluently. He was so helpful, attentive, professional and kind. My experience at Il campanario villiage resort was so positive! I will definitely be back and highly recommend!

Charming hotel in the expansion, in the region of Lagoa da Conceição, near the Mole and Joaquina beaches. The location is excellent, but it has no panoramic view, it is on a quiet street. The facilities are extremely comfortable and the first-line accessories. The managers and the management team's attention is imperfect: personalized, requested and helping in all possible aspects. High points: It was the bed in which I had the greatest comfort in recent years, Trussardi's towels and towels, L'Occitane's bath products and breakfast: soft and boring, with the charm of being able to serve in the room itself. It has the spa service we can't use for a relatively short stay.
