I liked the hotel, but it could have more chairs and loungers in the outdoor pool area, but overall the hotel is great for accommodation.

O quarto não tinha nada a ver com as fotos e o atendimento nos quartos era ruim. Pedimos uma sopa e uma omelete e demorou horas. A recepcionista disse que era porque o restaurante estava muito cheio e eu entendo, mas daí não atender o telefone só para dar um parecer? Sinceramente, fiquei muito decepcionada. Se não tinha condições de atender com qualidade o número de hóspedes, contrasse mais pessoal ou então não lotasse o hotel. Os quartos também eram muito colados uns dos outros, então eu conseguia ouvir tudo o que o meu vizinho falava e até mesmo quando ele deitava na cama porque a parede do meu quarto todo balançava. De resto, o hotel era perto do local do evento, então tem uma boa localização e apesar da falta de pessoal no hotel, a equipe foi muito atenciosa e não responsabilizo eles pelo atendimento precário.

After dragging all of our luggage the short distance, we were welcomed with open arms. Pedro went far and above to get us settled. In the morning, we met another angel, Natasha. She worked out all the details so that we could stay for the entire time. Natasha was there every morning with a smile and helped us on every matter that we had.Only due to the dedication of the entire staff, this vacation would have been a disaster. So to Natasha, William, Thayse, Pedro, Paulo, Edwardo, Leonardo, and the entire staff of the Firenze Business Hotel, we thank you. I come to florianopolis from Hawaii. I barely speak a word of Portuguese and I encountered Eduardo who worked at the Simple pool bar. I was treated so great by him and it helped me a lot that he spoke English fluently. He was so helpful, attentive, professional and kind. My experience at Il campanario villiage resort was so positive! I will definitely be back and highly recommend!

The room here is OK, by the sea, the view is better, and the health

The 5th star came due to the attention we gave, needed to go to the San José multi-use arena, the other Kennedy hotel is in front of the gym, Mr. Eduardo contacted the reception there and reported that he was asking for a vacation in the parking lot to leave the car without extra cost.
