I liked the hotel, but it could have more chairs and loungers in the outdoor pool area, but overall the hotel is great for accommodation.

The hotel is well located, close to the public market and the famous Hercilio Luz Bridge. We stay in the luxury apartment with sea view, well spacious, the parking service is the part, with a manufacturer.

After showing my passport at check-in, the front desk kept asking me voucher, but I showed him and continued to ask me for it. I did n’t listen to any explanations. After waiting for a while, I could finally move in, but I did n’t understand! Many locals come here as a family, and there is an outdoor pool

Let me start by saying I am quite picky when it comes to hotels and this hotel was beyond expectations, location was good, staff were very friendly and helpful, the lobby is simply beautiful with earth tones and nice lighting and the room was extremely comfortable, spacious nicely decorated, very comfortable beds, nice bathroom and many tv channels, but the breakfast was wonderful, several kinds of fresh delicious bread, 2 or 3 kinds of croissants, fruits eggs and bacon, fresh hot pão de queijo and really good expresso, and again fantastic staff everywhere, doing everything possible to make our stay more enjoyable. We will definitely be back!

After dragging all of our luggage the short distance, we were welcomed with open arms. Pedro went far and above to get us settled. In the morning, we met another angel, Natasha. She worked out all the details so that we could stay for the entire time. Natasha was there every morning with a smile and helped us on every matter that we had.Only due to the dedication of the entire staff, this vacation would have been a disaster.
