The hotel has a nice structure and a great location, but the maintenance of everything leaves something to be desired, and the worst thing is the service. From the beginning to the end of our stay, we were treated badly by practically all the hotel staff. From our arrival, when there was no bed for our daughter (even though we booked a triple room), to all meals in the restaurant, where the average waiting time for anything (including water) was about 40 minutes, and the restaurant manager, the worst service provider we've ever seen in a hospitality team, who literally turned her back and left us talking to ourselves when we asked ourselves how long a dish that had already been ordered 45min ago and was destined for a baby that was waiting in the middle of the noise of the bar at night. In addition, the rooms do not have a telephone to communicate with the reception, and any and all questions we need to go to the reception, which is in another building (besides being lucky enough to find an employee at the reception). All the simplest requests we made were not met. We were 6 couples in all, in 6 different rooms, and everyone's experience was bad. If they don't want to serve their guests well, why have a hotel?

Best hotel in the region. Excellent location. Friendly and attentive staff. The only thing missing was a fridge and a TV in the room, for rainy days.

Bad food, everything tastes like dirty water, completely disappointing, I never review places, but I made sure to create an account so you don't fall into the same trap as me, we couldn't even eat and we still had to pay. Horrible! Eggless carbonara with a taste of water, salmon risotto with a taste of dirty water and watery manioc cream, it seems that everything is done that way, they need to change the cook urgently!!!
