FRAUD This place closed suddenly the last week of October 2024 - which is disgusting seeing how they still took my booking only a couple of weeks before that : even pressuring me for pre-payment, which I did - stupidly. Taking money for services you have no intention of delivering IS FRAUD. Whoever was behind management of this place needs to watch their back. Praia Mole is a small place and they have created a lot of pissed-off people.

¡No vengan a este hotel ! Lamento tener que comunicar mi insatisfacción con la experiencia vivida durante mi estancia en su hotel. Mala atención: En primer lugar, la actitud del personal de recepción fue sumamente decepcionante. Todos, sin excepción, mostraron falta de amabilidad y cortesía: no saludaban, no resolvían problemas y ni siquiera se molestaban en hacer contacto visual, lo que deja una impresión de desinterés total hacia los huéspedes. Falta de servicios básicos: En cuanto a la habitación, si bien era agradable a la vista, carecía de servicios básicos que uno espera, como un secador de pelo, jabón y suficientes toallas. Además, la calidad de los colchones era muy baja, afectando la comodidad durante la estadía. Mala limpieza: El servicio de limpieza fue igualmente deficiente. A pesar de solicitar la limpieza colocando la tarjeta en la puerta y comunicándolo en recepción, no se realizó. Esto es inadmisible en un establecimiento de este tipo. En resumen, mi experiencia fue muy negativa y no recomendaría este hotel a otros viajeros a menos que se realicen mejoras significativas en la atención al cliente y los servicios básicos. Espero que esta situación sea tomada en cuenta y se adopten las medidas necesarias para evitar que otros huéspedes pasen por lo mismo. Don't come to this hotel! Everyone, without exception, showed a lack of friendliness and courtesy: they did not greet, did not solve problems and did not even bother to make eye contact, which leaves an impression of total disinterest towards the guests. Lack of basic amenities: As for the room, while it was nice to look at, it lacked basic amenities that one would expect, such as a hair dryer, soap, and enough towels. In addition, the quality of the mattresses was very low, affecting comfort during the stay. Poor Housekeeping: Housekeeping service was equally poor. Despite requesting cleaning by placing the card on the door and informing reception, it was not carried out. This is unacceptable in an establishment of this type. In summary, my experience was very negative and I would not recommend this hotel to other travelers unless significant improvements are made to customer service and basic services. I hope that this situation is taken into account and the necessary measures are taken to prevent other guests from going through the same thing.

It's a good place and a good environment. The staff seemed a little unprepared, although Bia was great and very helpful. The price is reasonable and the restaurant serves a nice food. Unfortunately, there was a boiling system problem during my staying there and it was a pity that we coundn't use the indoor swimming pool, specially on the cold/rain days. It took too long to fix it. Anyway, for me the location was perfect and I had a good time there.
