I had no room upgrade and the VIP reward was ridiculous, they offered me something similar to use for beach chair rent, which makes no sense because I wouldn’t take it to the beach anyway. The first time i stayed in this hotel i had a pleasant experience. Now for the second time, not only they are overcharging guests, the service level has dropped. The female receptionists I dealt with were courteous, but a male front desk representative (It I am not mistaken named THomas,) was a bit rude. The way they organize their breakfast is offensive in a way that someone keeps closing the door, like a bouncer that let me go in and check the ID. If they are concerned people will eat for free, they should have a subtle way to do it.
