Good room, very friendly staff. A very rich buffet for breakfast and dinner. We had an accident, and they were very prompt in arranging transportation to get us to the clinic, with a Spanish-speaking driver, which made the situation much easier. Toward the end of the day, however, when we wanted to sleep in later, we couldn't due to noise from roof repairs and equipment cleaning with a hydraulic hose under our room... Perhaps they could do this at other times (roof) or locations (hydraulic hose).

The staff is very nice, the property is well maintained, the food was good. However, know that you are not directly on a beach and you either need to walk around the lagoon or take a small boat across. Also, I question the value of the price I paid

The location is not desirable, the food is poor, the pool and area is very small, it was nothing like the pictures the room was tiny. This whole experience was a waste of my valuable vacation. I will not be returning. They charged a premium for the room and it was completely undeserved compared to other available properties that have a lot more to offer in a much better location, we stayed one night instead of three and are still fighting to get a refund for the remaining nights

Achei o hotel bom p sua categoria, hotel simples mas confortável de beira de praia . O quarto tinha um tamanho bom , porém as roupas de cama estavam bem gastas . Achei o banheiro tamanho bom mas bem desproporcional o local onde fica o vaso que ficava bem em frente ao box do chuveiro , um tanto desconfortável pois quase nao cabiam as pernas .Café da manhã simples mas bem servido e jantar bem gostoso . Na praia tinha os guarda sol disponíveis mas a gente q tinha q carregar nossa cadeira até lá . Achei q faltou algo como serviço de praia , para não ter q atravessar o canalzinho p pegar algo p comer . Estacionamento um pouco pequeno , mas pelo que entendi tinha uma área externa . O mar em frente bem calmo e limpo .
