The overall experience at this hostel was underwhelming. The photos online gave a very different impression than what I actually encountered. The place is located quite far from central areas and the main beach, and access can be difficult due to the poorly maintained road — some ride services were hesitant to come all the way. The cleanliness left a lot to be desired. Common areas, especially the kitchen, were not well-maintained or hygienic. The kitchen was also very basic and lacked proper equipment. Shared bathrooms were limited and not in the best condition, which made things uncomfortable. During my stay, I noticed a tense atmosphere, possibly due to how the place is run. The staff didn’t seem very engaged or welcoming, and I heard other guests mention issues with how the hostel is managed. It definitely impacted the overall vibe. In my opinion, this place felt more like a tourist trap than a relaxing hostel experience — overpriced for what it offers, with little regard for guest comfort or expectations.

My experience at Nômades Adventure Hostel & Coworking didn’t meet expectations based on the listing. The photos did not match the actual facilities, and there was no access to the nearby river beach as suggested. The cooworking spaces shown in pictures were not existent during my stay. The location was also a challenge — the road leading to the hostel is in poor condition, and some Uber drivers were reluctant to drive all the way to the entrance. It's situated quite far from the main center and beaches. I found the hostel to be quite humid, which resulted in a lot of mosquitoes. Cleanliness could be improved, and communication with management about issues was not very effective during my visit. Overall, I found the hostel to be overpriced for what was offered.
