The hotel has potential. Well located, with a beautiful mto view depending on the room. Allowable breakfast, without a lot of variety but just for value. But it ends there. It's falling pieces. Rooms can be swallowed. I booked a room with a couple bed request, I was put on a single bed, and they didn't move a finger to solve the situation. The next day, they switched me from the room, after a lot of insistence pq the room telephone I was not working, I forgot an object in the room and it took more than one month to send me. It was more than 20 days with my money (I had already sent the value of the mail) and without answering, answering e-mail, nothing. There was general incompetence. In addition, I saw them conducting reproachable conduct with other guests. If they enjoyed it was a competition fds in the city (consequently with much movement) and cancelled bookings made by site as booking, only for the person to have q booking private superfaturated. All was a chaos. I would never come back.

The hotel is well located, close to the public market and the famous Hercilio Luz Bridge. We stay in the luxury apartment with sea view, well spacious, the parking service is the part, with a manufacturer.

After showing my passport at check-in, the front desk kept asking me voucher, but I showed him and continued to ask me for it. I did n’t listen to any explanations. After waiting for a while, I could finally move in, but I did n’t understand! Many locals come here as a family, and there is an outdoor pool

Excellent hotel. I'm evaluating without check-out yet, but I liked the stay here. Room large, spacious bathroom with the box of the big shower, gas heating, warm water and very pressure. Breakfast with a lot of salty and sweet options. Free and covered parking costs 10,00. Great value of the day, we pay 270,00 with the ISS fee. A perfect hydromassage bathroom, academy with quality devices. We were received by Mr Eduardo from an incredible education and attention, my wife and I have been feeling customers for years, and that was only the first time we hosted here. The 5th star came due to the attention we gave, needed to go to the San José multi-use arena, the other Kennedy hotel is in front of the gym, Mr. Eduardo contacted the reception there and reported that he was asking for a vacation in the parking lot to leave the car without extra cost.

We went to Florianópolis to make a competition and looked for a hotel with great cost benefit. The hotel has served us very well, staff are very nice and educated, breakfast is excellent, with a variety of and everything very tasty, quality products. You can trust! The hotel is also very good, it's a little old, small rooms, but it has served us very well. All very clean, covered clean and new look. Linen with a great look too. TV works perfectly with channels by signature. The hotel is located in a corner and in the centre, it has everything nearby (apotheke, market, pancake, coffee, Havan). Because I stayed in a corner, some assessments suggest staying in higher floors, I stayed in the 5th floor and the noise didn't bother me a little, when I wanted more silence, closed the windows and everything was resolved (it was cold, The city was full during our stay, so my husband and I stayed in a room with 02 single beds. I spoke to the reception days before check-in and asked for the beds union. They joined and put a soft coat and we almost never realized that they were two beds united. After arriving in Palhoca, Brazil for a 35 day vacation, the accommodations that we reserved was terrible. There was no way that we could stay even one night. We were blessed when we called the Firenze Business Hotel and spoke to Pedro. He was fantastic. It was even more than a blessing that the hotel was only a short walk from where we were. After dragging all of our luggage the short distance, we were welcomed with open arms. Pedro went far and above to get us settled. In the morning, we met another angel, Natasha. She worked out all the details so that we could stay for the entire time. Natasha was there every morning with a smile and helped us on every matter that we had.Only due to the dedication of the entire staff, this vacation would have been a disaster. So to Natasha, William, Thayse, Pedro, Paulo, Edwardo, Leonardo, and the entire staff of the Firenze Business Hotel, we thank you. To all those looking for a great place to stay for one night or for a long term length of time, you can do no better than the Firenze Business Hotel and the wonderful staff that they have.

Let me start by saying I am quite picky when it comes to hotels and this hotel was beyond expectations, location was good, staff were very friendly and helpful, the lobby is simply beautiful with earth tones and nice lighting and the room was extremely comfortable, spacious nicely decorated, very comfortable beds, nice bathroom and many tv channels, but the breakfast was wonderful, several kinds of fresh delicious bread, 2 or 3 kinds of croissants, fruits eggs and bacon, fresh hot pão de queijo and really good expresso, and again fantastic staff everywhere, doing everything possible to make our stay more enjoyable. We will definitely be back!

Excellent accommodation with good comfort and cost x benefit, excellent location, next to shopping and easy locomotion throughout the island, amazing view, mainly from the pool. Small adjustment suggestions: improve wifi in rooms and change breakfast, which is already great to get better even!
