Hotel with excellent location and good service.The room is clean and organized.The hotel offers a great standard for a business trip or fast accommodation. Morning coffee could offer a little more variety, but still, what has available is fresh and good quality products.

Thoroughly enjoyed my 2 night stay in this beautiful part of Florianopolis. Front desk staff were most welcoming, as was the service at the poolside bar. There is easy access to bars, restaurants and the beach in the area and the apartments are spacious and modern. The gym is also spacious and well-equipped and breakfast most enjoyable and filled with variety. I would definitely recommend for anyone looking to unwind in a tranquil environment. Only downside was the wifi connection which was unstable at times.

The city is only one to arrive in Florianópolis and stay in the Majestic Palace, in the Av. Beiramar Norte. The city moves in front of the hotel, the beauty of the blue sea extends in front of it and from the hotel everything happens. In the hotel you all your facilities and around you all what you need, from Beiramar Shopping, balades, restaurants, and because you are very well located, is close to any of the 42 beaches of the fantastic island of Magic. The hotel is super complete, from the Presidential Suite, infinite pool, restaurant, event rooms, and above all a qualified service with a great team of staff who take care of us in the best possible way. I stayed here for 4 days and overall, had a great experience. The hotel is new and had been open for 1 week when I arrived. Check In/out: It was a bit slow as I think they were still getting used to check ins and also because I was from outside the country (credit card processing, passport, etc--I think I was their first guest from the USA). Check out was fast. Room: I booked the ocean front (Luxo Frente Mar). The room that i originally checked into had a strange odor (sewage like). I called downstairs and they moved me immediately to another room. Amenities were really nice, and air conditioning worked perfectly. Very important when you are dealing with the hot sun of Floripa. Dining/Breakfast: TOP NOTCH. Amazing food!! The breakfast was buffet style. The drinks were well proportioned and they had good mixologists making them. I forgot the Manager's name (wore glasses) but he was very professional and helpful, especially with food allergies and dietary restrictions. Concierge/Front Desk: Excellent. Jean really knows the island and has great connections and recommendations. If you need anything, he is the guy that can help. Other: -The hotel has hybrid road bikes for use. This was one of the highlights of the stay because I used the bikes to go all over Florianopolis. They are high quality bikes so it makes for a great leisure (or speed) ride. The island is very safe so I highly recommend it. -There is a pool on the rooftop that is a good place to sunbathe and relax. -The gym has brand new free weights, machines, and treadmills. Overall a great stay! Looking forward to staying again.

Não possuem funcionários suficiente para atender demandas como serviço de quarto, muita das vezes fazendo que o hospede precise descer para buscar pilha para controle remoto, ou prato e talheres para refeições. Pode parecer luxo, mas depois de viajar 35 horas para chegar ao seu destino, tudo que você mais quer é não precisar sair do quarto quando chega em um hotel para descansar. Segundo ponto, precisei mudar de quarto devido a um erro de comunicação entre hotel e Copastur (empresa de turismo responsável por pagar minhas diárias). Ao fazer a mudança, esqueci uma garrafa de vinho fechada no frigobar. Ao me lembrar dela e ligar para recepção, me foi avisado que iriam contactar a empresa de limpeza dos quartos pois era uma empresa terceirizada e que o hotel não se responsabiliza por itens deixados no quarto. Estou até hoje esperando eles me contactarem para saber o que aconteceu com o vinho, simplesmente uma garrafa de R$100 SUMIU, e ninguém viu. Terceiro, precisei pedir ao hotel a nota fiscal referente as minhas diárias para prestação de contas, e surpreendentemente me disseram que não fornecem a nota fiscal ao hospede pois quem pagou a estadia foi uma empresa terceira (no caso a copastur). Ao questionar eles como obter um documento para comprovar a estadia, me disseram que preciso pedir a Copastur, pois eles não podem fornecer nenhum documento. Isso é um absurdo, quem depende de prestação de contas corporativa sabe o que estou falando. Fiquem atentos! Não recomendo a estadia.

Очень приятный отель, когда-то был сделан молодежный качественный ремонт. Есть бассейн внутри и снаружи. Приятный дизайн. Много доп услуг — обучение серфингу, йога, стирка, ресторан, трекинг. Через дорогу хороший пляж. У меня был номер на двоих. Без туалета и ванной, что в целом норм. Окна во двор, слышала звук океана 💙 Из минусов за 45 реалов (как узнала столько стоит) очень скудный и невкусный завтрак. 1 чашка кофе 200 мл, сок 300 мл, яйца (скрамбл/жаренные - 2 шт). Остальное это хлеб, достаточно низкого качества. Один раз досталось по 1 дольке арбуз, дыня и папайя. В другой раз был жареный бекон. За меньшие деньги 1 км от этого отеля жила в другом месте, там был завтрак-шведский стол. И в центре можно поесть за 25! реалов вкусный завтрак. В общем это грустно, за это -1 балл. Минус 2. В комнате стойкий запах тухлости. Так как нет кондиционера, то все дни жила с открытыми окнами. Местами спасало, но половина запаха, увы оставалась. Минус 3. При продлении проживания на 2 ночи, обещана скидка 10%. На стойке регистрации есть такая информация. Спросила, сколько будет итого за 2 ночи. Сравнила стоимость с трип ком, была разница в 30 реалов. Решила бронировать через отель, чтобы сэкономить. В итоге оплатила, а на следующий день мне сказали, что продление было без завтрака. То есть я могла через сайт продлить за чуть дороже, но хоть с каким-то завтраком. Не сильный минус, но неприятно, последние сутки проживания были проблемы с горячей водой, она была теплая, мыться можно, но быстро. Остальные 3 дня было ок.

With lower prices and better location than Ibis, it is the best option for those who prioritise the hosting economy in the centre of Florianópolis. Located almost in front of the city's best Portuguese restaurant, Taberna Ibérica; steps away from the Beira Mar, including the exit of boat trips; short distance from Uber from the shopping or Convention Centre; definitely, It could not be better placed. It is clean and has adequate infrastructure, with a restaurant with optional breakfast (R$18,00) and a small outdoor pool. The service at the reception is quiet and attentive. The room in which I hosted (115), via promotion of 123 miles, was huge, with a large room (a large table and sofa, table for two-site meals, fridge and TV), a corridor, a suitable size bathroom and two bedrooms (one with couple bed, AC and TV, and the second with two single beds and AC), the main problem I found is the maintenance of some of the accommodation items: the corridor lamps did not light, the bathroom mirror, which was the only one in this large accommodation. (it would be good to have another mirror that would allow the whole body to be viewed in at least one of the rooms), it showed screws and the box walls had dark assemblies. So, depending on what your priorities are in terms of price, space, comfort and location, it can be a good option.

Fui no fim de semana do dia dos pais comemorar meu aniversário e para um show na casa Opus. Tivemos um upgrade de suite, a recepção de uma educação exemolar, alias todos! Da recepção, aos rapazes que buscavam o carro, no restaurante. Viajei muito esse ano e o Faial sem duvida entrou no meu TOP 3. Café da manhã com muitas opções, muitas mesmo! A unica observação é para o produto de limpeza que passaram no quarto, achamos muito forte e nao era um perfume agradavel. Mas nada que atrapalhasse a estadia. Voltaria mais vezes.p

Spent a pleasant 4 night stay in the hotel. The biggest plus is the location of the hotel in city centre and the fact that you are within walking distance to many places of interest. The breakfast offering was pretty standard and tasty. The downside is that the restaurant is closed for dinner, though room service is available and the gym equipment need to be updated. Otherwise adequate for a short stay.

Charming hotel in the expansion, in the region of Lagoa da Conceição, near the Mole and Joaquina beaches. The location is excellent, but it has no panoramic view, it is on a quiet street. The facilities are extremely comfortable and the first-line accessories. The managers and the management team's attention is imperfect: personalized, requested and helping in all possible aspects. High points: It was the bed in which I had the greatest comfort in recent years, Trussardi's towels and towels, L'Occitane's bath products and breakfast: soft and boring, with the charm of being able to serve in the room itself. It has the spa service we can't use for a relatively short stay. Finally, it was a memorable experience and I would recommend to everyone that they should enjoy at least once when they come to Florianópolis. It's expensive, but every cent has been spent well.
