Great location..next to the central station,easy to find,lots of restaurants and shops nearby..

Very pleased with my stay. Hotel kindly upgraded me from a Single Room to a Double Room in low season in November, which is really nice. The room is spacious, with good natural light, double glazed windows and good ventilation/air con/heating. Toilet with stand shower is of a good size as well, not too small and cramped. Hotel location is super close to the central station in Florence, around 5 mins walk only to it, which is very ideal for travellers arriving into Florence by rail. It's slow walkable to pretty much all attractions (within 15-25 mins), so is a good place to base yourself in for a short stay. Similar to many hotels in Italy, there are a few steps at the entrance but there is a lift to get you up to your room. Check-in process is smooth and complimentary breakfast is decent. I especially love the coffee and jucie machine and pancakes offered. It'd be great if besides scrambled eggs, some kind of breakfast meats like sausages can also be offered. They do have some basic cold cuts and cheese and ham as well, yogurt, and cornflakes, it's a more diverse continental breakfast, which is great for a 3 Star Hotel. As the hotel is very close to the Train Station, you do hear trains / trams passing through from the streets, but the noise level is acceptable with the double glazed windows' insulation. I would recommend this hotel for solo travellers.

I could not be happier with this hotel. Exceptional service from the staff, helping me when i made a mistake with my booking days. The rooms are what you would expect for the price, which is great value within minutes of the train station. Will definitely stay again - the staff make all the differebec at a hotel and every person i talked to were amazing.

Really enjoyed staying there and the breakfast is awasome,we enjoyed. Very safe and staff was very helpful. And located walkable distance to tourist attractions (very close) and the central railway station (within 15mins walk). Over all had nice stay.Thanks!

Superb location, friendly staff and the lobby area is perfect for a coffee or beer. It’s about 25 mins walking distance from the Duomo, which was ideal for me as you see more of the city when going to and from the hotel. Extremely quiet at night which made for some restful nights of sleep.

A little out of the way from the main city area and train station but there is a tram line (T2) that you can take, which takes about 10-15min to travel to and fro. The staff here are friendly and our check-in/check-out went smoothly. There are vending machines and some drinks and refrigerated food for sale at the lobby which is convenient for odd hours. It does not have much facilities and amenities but is a very affordable option if you plan to spend most of your time outdoors anyway.

It’s a very convenient hotel at reasonable price. Hotel is clean and well organized. Like many Italian hotels, there is no screen on windows. But being on the 4th floor well 5th in US, it not bad even we opened the windows everyday for fresh air. Sound insulation for inside is not great. But hotel staff helped to close the “fire” door and made it great. Sound insulation from street is great as they have one double layer glass window plus a single layer glass window and a wood panel for light. It worked great!

The room facilities and breakfast are good, but the soundproofing in the room is very poor. You can hear the conversation in the next room and the sound of the door opening and closing outside. Those who focus on sleep should pay attention⚠️

The location is very good, 10 minutes walk from the train station, go straight to the river to Uffizi, Baihua Church, Central Market, Famous Store Street are all 10 minutes away; The old hotel is renovated, the bed is made of cement, the wardrobe, and the desk. It is also very good to feel the old hotel. The bathroom is very clean, the waiter is also very good, the breakfast is rich, the milk juice sausage bacon cheese yogurt cereal fruit bread egg coffee are available. Take the 6 bus from the Academy Art Museum and get off at the hotel entrance.

The hotel is very close to Florence train station and the old town. It is very convenient for visiting the old town or taking a train to the surrounding areas, such as Pisa. There are many businesses downstairs. I especially like the gelato downstairs, which is cheap and delicious. The hotel has an elevator. Although the hotel is a bit old, it has complete facilities and is not shabby. It feels a bit small and warm.
