It's not a hotel, it's a hostel. The rooms are just as small as the photos but you don't need more for one night, however I wanted the bedroom for a few hours to sleep since I had a trip at 05:00 and I couldn't sleep because my room was on the next to the bathroom and the corridor and foresees that it did not have a door, you could hear absolutely everything. The location is the only good thing I can get from this ”hostel”. Lastly, the water in the bedroom came out yellow. I don't understand the reason when there is drinking water throughout the city and the shared bathrooms are super old and not at all desirable.

Room and bathroom were very clean. I really liked the small storage space beside the bed, especially since I was on the top bunk. Location was great — about a 20-minute walk to the city center, with lots of cafés and restaurants along the way. There’s also a supermarket just a minute walk away, which was super convenient. Only downside was the long queue during check-in, but overall a great stay. Highly recommend

Located next to the other train station in Florence, need to take a 10 mins (1.7euro) train ride or a 30 -mins walk to access the historic center. Facilities are good, socket on bed, spacious toilets and shower room etc.
The way they organize themselves can be improved tho. Had some issues when checking in, later solved but still mentally exhausted.

Place is beyond.. beautiful old convent. Room is large, confy bed, powerful hot shower. Kitchen and common area is huge and beyond just functional.

非常善良熱情的房東，有問必答。住宿不在非常中心，所以非常安靜，房間很大有美麗的陽台，床墊枕頭都非常舒服，全天都有免費咖啡和飲水，是走路能接受的距離，如果坐輕軌中央火車站出來背對火車站往左邊T1輕軌坐三站status站下車走幾步路就到了，早餐很豐盛。如果使用空調多給十歐元就可以了，取決於你來時的氣温是否需要空調，我覺得住這裏遠遠好過住中心，這裏去the mall折扣村巴士站走路衹需10分鐘。我在佛羅倫薩度過了美好的三天。

The hotel is also clean. The bathroom is shared but it is really clean. But pay attention to the towels. The front desk service is very good and patient. Hu Firenze Camping in Town is located at the outskirt of the city where you can see a lot of greenery. There is a bus you can use to travel to the major scenic spots, museums and the railway station. It is in itself a campsite for nature lovers to stay away from the hectic life in the city while it is quite close to the city centre. It has a mini market, several swimming pools and areas for camping. Some stayed in caravans while others can rent a ”tent”, which has a bathroom, air conditiioning, a fridge, a safe and a bed. You can rent a bicycle to cycle around the around. Everything is neat and tidy.

Second time staying at ostello bello. Picked this hostel because of the convenient location. It’s nice that they offer a token to exchange for welcome drink, and a lot of activities to participate.
Some places in the hostel definitely need some upgrade sooner or later… the toilet seat in the dome room shared restroom got a crack on it that definitely need a replacement soon.
Kinda weird they charge me differently for luggage storage (before check in- 5 euro fixed price / after check in- 3.5 euro piece), maybe due to the length of storage, I guess??

An absolutely wonderful stay! The best hostel I’ve ever stayed in — the room was super clean and very spacious. It came with towels, bath towels, and hangers. The most incredible part was that I had the room all to myself for both nights. The front desk told me they always try to arrange single occupancy for guests whenever possible, and I really have to give them a big thumbs-up for that.

혜혜선It was a little bit uncomfortable using some amenities such as hair dryer and the shower. When I try to plug in the hairdryer, it didn’t work in either of the outlets so I had to use my own. In addition, the shower isn’t really fixed well into its own holder, so it dropped easily to the ground.
The location was very close to the train station and the step was friendly. However, the building is bit old and little bit noisy because the soundproof is not that great. Overall, it wasn’t a very pleasant experience.

GGuest UserI booked this on my way to Florence. It's a beautiful and convenient place to stay with all facilities. Elio , Matteo and everyone at the reception has been very kind and helpful. Elio moved me from mix dorm to Girl dorm. Very kind. You can have coffee and cook your own meal. You can store your luggage and roam around after checkout. They help you with recommendations. Overall I had a very warming experience. I wish to come back again. Bathroom and bed was very clean & made up everyday. Absolutely worth the money and more than that the staff was really good. Only they don't have lift but hey you can climb. ✨

It's really less than 100 meters away from the Church of Flowers, three minutes' walk to Piazza della Signoria, and five minutes' walk to the Uffizi. The location is really great! ! The most, most, most recommended thing is their rooftop terrace. We eat breakfast for more than an hour every morning, and drink wine for an hour in the evening~~ Directly above the picture

AAnonymous UserThe room is well ventilated and well lit. The mattress is very comfortable and very relaxing. The environment is clean and hygienic, the service is considerate, and the Asian guy at the front desk is very patient in meeting the guests' requirements, which is a special thumbs up👍. The only drawback is that the luggage room is too small and there is only one shelf; the public rest and reading space is not clear enough. There is some space in the corridor of the female guest room on the second floor, but it does not seem to be open to all guests, especially male guests. There is also some reading space in the restaurant on the ground floor, but the division of labor is unclear, especially during meal time, and they interfere with each other, which needs to be improved.

FFionFionIt was a very pleasant stay, although I didn't get to spend much time in the hotel as I was just in Florence for one night, breakfast was nice with variety of choices, staff were friendly and can speak English, room was clean, AC was working perfectly, everything including the duomo was in walkable distance (only like 10 mins walk to the duomo).
I had to leave the room key to the reception everytime
I leave the hotel which felt a bit strange at first, however apparently this is a norm there as my brothers who were staying at another hotel at the time had to do the same as well.
Last but not least, you can have a fantastic view of the city at rooftop of hotel, especially nice to see the sunrise!
Will definitely stay here again, highly recommended!

SSAANOサンタマリアノヴェッラ駅から近くロケーションはいいです。外観はラクガキなどがある通りにあるのでちょっと怖いですが部屋はとても清潔です。固定のフロントがなく、「時間外のチェックインなのでこの暗証番号でセーフティボックスを開けて部屋の鍵をとって自分でチェックインしてね」と事前にメッセージがきたのですが、到着後、セーフティボックスが見つからず、かなり戸惑いました。結局、スタッフさんが来て対応してもらい助かりました。セーフティボックスは外扉にくくりつけてあるボックスのことでしたので、もし同じことで困ったら参考にして下さい！ちなみにチェックアウトは部屋に鍵を置いておけばよかったので簡単でした。

The host is very helpful and will tell you how to access to the building step by step by phone call. You can also contact her via WhatsApp. Overall it's good with its location, as it's located in the city center with a walkable distance to restaurants and train station.
However, if you afraid of hot, the room isn't suitable for you as they don't have AC. But two fans are in the room which is also ok for us as it's windy.
It's a shared bathroom apartment, but overall the bathroom is clean because two rooms share one bathroom which is also okay. They will clean the bathroom every morning so overall it's not bad!
