The hotel is dated but the rooms have been refurbished nicely. Bathrooms are small. There’s a big fridge and the beds are comfy, the view and outlook aren’t the best but was cheap enough. The Wi-Fi isn’t very reliable and this also affects the tv channels.

Due to changes in my itinerary, I booked two nights separately. After many twists and turns, and with the price difference paid, I was finally able to stay two nights in a row without changing rooms. But on the second night I was surprised to find that the room had not been cleaned. When I asked at the front desk, I was told that the room cleaning service requires guests to request it upon check-in, otherwise it will not be cleaned. This is the first time I have encountered this rule in my decades of business trips and hotel stays. I had to get a few clean towels and endure this unacceptable service.

The room I booked for two beds was big enough and clean. However, there is no supermarket around the hotel, which requires a 5-10 minute drive.

Because of a snowstorm, I was not able to make the trip to Flagstaff. Not happy that I had no option to cancel my reservation even hours before check in time. Will not be using travelocity again.

Not horrible. The indoor pool chlorine smell was horrendous. Our eyes were burning just sitting in the room. The front desk staff were so nice and tried their best to accommodate my family of 7.
The bar and restaurant connected didn’t allow cocktails to go, wasn’t like a restaurant bar where you could walk up in a bathing suit, was more of a sit down, food was great though. Staff was friendly.
Rooms were dated, not the cleanest but staff was very helpful in fixing any issue.
