This 1939 home has porcelain plank floors, Shaker cabinets, granite counters, and stainless appliances. It has a fenced yard and a BBQ. The living room and both bedrooms have TVs with streaming WiFi connections. The home has a thick, acoustically insulated common wall with the adjacent Carriage House. This pre-war single-level home features two bedrooms - the master roughly 14' x 12' with two nightstands (with reading lamps) and a dresser. Both bedrooms have a Samsung Smart TV with streaming WiFi access. In fact, the WiFi service is FAST and POWERFUL: 400 Mbps download speed and 40 Mbps upload speed. The great room is comfortable and features a breakfast bar that doubles as a workspace. The living room has a 50" Samsung Smart TV with speedy streaming WiFi access. The fireplace is electric. One bedroom has a tub/shower bath combination, vanity, and one piece Kohler lav. There is also a full hall bath with tub/shower combination, vanity, and one-piece Kohler toilet, which serves the second bedroom. Body wash, shampoo, and conditioner are provided in the respective showers. The new kitchen features gray granite counters with a stainless steel undermount sink. The stainless steel appliances include a gas range, built-in microwave, and French door refrigerator. There is a fenced yard and BBQ just outside the fence. ONE STANDARD SIZE PARKING SPACE (10' x 20') is in front of the house (there is no access to the garage, which is another rental unit) and additional street parking is available. There is room for a standard-size car or truck. RVs, sprinter vans, and extended trucks will not fit. We love QUIET dogs - there is no extra charge or deposit for dogs.
