The WiFi service is POWERFUL: 400 Mbps download and 40 Mbps upload speed. The master bathroom has a large shower, vanity, and one piece lav. The second bedroom is ensuite with a full bath featuring a shower, vanity, and one piece lav. The hall bath boasts a tub/shower along with pedestal sink and one piece nav. All bathrooms provide body wash, shampoo, and conditioner. The new kitchen features gray granite counters with a stainless steel undermount sink. The stainless steel appliances include a gas range, built in microwave, and French door refrigerator. There is room for one car in the driveway and another on the street in front of the house. CHALET: This single level home features two bedrooms - the master with a king bed and an ensuite full bathroom with tub shower combination. There is a spacious closet with hangers and shelf, two nightstands with reading lamps, a dresser and a 43” wall mounted Samsung Smart TV.
