The hotel has 3 stars and a lot of effort has been put into surpassing its category. The location is excellent, 2 km from the center, in the immediate vicinity of a large shopping center. Parking is provided and included in the price, and in a short time you can reach a large public parking lot next to the historic city center. The rooms are comfortable, the air conditioner works flawlessly. The breakfast is fine, with my comments about the Italian breakfast that the offer of sweet things prevails over the savoury. . We had dinner once in the hotel restaurant, both the food and the service were excellent. Complaints are that some workers at the reception barely understand and speak English, as well as that the breakfast is used up faster than it is replenished, so if you arrive late, half of the offer will no longer be available. The friendliness of the staff, family atmosphere and good location will make me recommend the hotel to other travelers.

Struttura da rinnovare completamente. Pulizia buona. Colazione deludente, ho mangiato un cornettino al pistacchio sembrava masticassi gomma. Volevo una tisana, c'era solo ai frutti di bosco. Caffè imbevibile. Ho dovuto chiamare affinché venissero a pulire il tavolo. Servizio assente.Solo un tipo di tè.

Hotel classico nello stile a non grande distanza dal centro di Ferrara.Nota positiva il personale,soprattutto quello di sala.Dispone di una sala ristorante (menù fisso) e una sala colazioni.Qui da rivedere soprattutto la scelta di far pagare caffè e assimilati a parte (quello delle macchinetta automatiche è pessimo).Una dignitosa scelta per visitare Ferrara e dintorni anche se qualche pecca nelle camere (soprattutto nel bagno).Prezzi della camere nella media.

Siamo stati qui per le due notti di capodanno, mezza pensione, ambiente pulito, personale gentile e disponibile. Ristorante top! Durate la prenotazione abbiamo richiesto un’alternativa vegana sia per i menù serali che per il cenone di capodanno e siamo stati super soddisfatti! Dall’antipasto al dolce ho avuto una proposta vegetale! Con un ottimo risultato! Anche a colazione alternativa vegetale con brioche e latte di soia. Vicino al centro. Struttura poco curata da migliorare, ingresso e sale al piano terra tenute in disordine. Camera pulita con letto scomodo, colazione nella media, nulla di eccezionale. Ristorante veramente ottimo, piatti genuini e varietà di scelta. Personale gentile.

La posizione è buona, ma ho trovato il prezzo non adeguato alla qualità dell'hotel. La nostra stanza era pulita ma decisamente datata, in bagno non c'è la doccia ma una tendina col piatto doccia. Abbiamo cenato in struttura, cena buona ma niente di speciale. La prenotazione con booking mi ha molto delusa.

Siamo state bene, camera comoda e accogliente, bagno con tutto l'occorrente. Pulizia. Parcheggio auto fuori dall'hotel. Personale gentile e attento. Ottima cena a buon prezzo e ampia scelta. Consiglio il posto, anche se non in pieno centro, ma facilmente raggiungibile.
