Good price quality, location good if you arrive by train. A pitty they cut cost on the shower. When you shower the entire bathroom floor changes into a swimming pool

The hotel is near the train station, very convenient

Perfect hotel...located just outside the station and about 15 minutes from the center of Ferrara...the walk to the city center was very pleasant...We also had dinner and the service was impeccable...various and assorted breakfasts enough... nothing to say.... TO BE REPEATED

페라라 역 1분거리에 위치해서 위치는 최고입니다, 대신 시내중심까지 거리가 조금 있는편이지만 작은 도시라 크게 문제되지 않아요. 단, 기차역앞에 위험해보이는 사람들이 좀 보이지만 대부분의 중앙역 앞은 비슷합니다. 시설 좋고, 깨끗하고 다시 방문한다면 무조건입니다. 단, 조식은 그저 그래요 ㅎ Pretty good and have a mind to rejoin. Most of things are good just I thought breakfast needs to renewal :D

Great base for vist Florence and Bologna and Vience good price right next train station get any where fast not lot do Ferrara just ideal best staff look after well 1 staff bit grump she on bar at night. Lady does breakfast always put smile face need pay rise credit to that hotel

Very nice modern hotel with family hotel feels. young and dedicated staff. Absolutely fantastic waiter Alessandro and Chef Toni. If not for many other reasons we will be back because of two of those gentlemen. They won our hears with friendly approach. They gave us recommendations on where to go and what to see. Contagious smiles. The best decorated fried egg ever!! :-) There is nothing that we can say negative about hotel or staff. If we have any question or request, Reception staff resolved it with ease. Hotel rooms are a little bit smaller than we would like, but we spent there just a little bit of our days, so no real complaint.

new and chic hotel, possibility to have breakfast for those coming from outside, cleanliness and tranquility, excellent for a moment of relaxation, the staff is very kind, congratulations to the very attentive and prepared bartender explaining everything in detail, the girl a little less she looked sad perhaps because she is young and inexperienced

We stayed at the hotel for 1 week. Our experience with Radisson hotels is big, we stayed in different ones but Radisson Ferrara was something special! Clean, light and warm. Relatively close to many destinations like Venice, Bologna, Verona and even San Marino (just 1h 50 min drive). The restaurant positively surprised us with tasty food and a good selection of wines. But I would like to especially mention our waiter - Ionel. He’s a very kind, knowledgeable and positive person who served us all week long. He always knows what to offer us from the wines as an addition to the food, what kind of places to see around the hotel and was always ready to help with everything. Thank you, Ionel! Additional thank you to Amira for the morning coffee to three of us!

I stay regularly in the Radisson in Ferrara. Good location across from the train station. Hotel is new only 6 months old however it is very clean, restaurant has good choices and Lionel is a great person, very friendly and excellent service - he is an Asset to the hotel. I look forward to my next trip - Andy Donlan - Oct 2023

Great location so close to Ferrara Station! We decided to stay here in Ferrara instead of Bologna because this had only recently opened and the ease of taking day trips by train to various destinations with such an easily accessible train station. Loved the interior decor desgn of the hotel and the room was just what we needed with a very comfortable bed. We had all the amenities we needed. The gym was great too! We ate a few times at the restaurant in the evenings and found the food excellent. Ional was exceptional with his excellent service and good recommendations - so friendly and passionate in his work! The bar also offers a nice menu for drinks and snacks. Overall we found the staff friendly and very helpful with any requests we had. Highly recommend the Radisson Hotel Ferrrara!

The hotel itself i would rate a 3/5 at this point. not really the greatest place for a long stay, no dresser/storage to put your belongings. Front desk was very helpful though. So they are a 4/5 housekeeping a 5/5 so far, very helpful and showed up promptly when needed. however the attached restaurant is a perfect 10 out of 5, the food was excellent and our waiter Ionel was by far the best we have ever had. It's our 1st trip to Italy and 1st restaurant experience in Italy. Ionel made it a memorable experience, one we won't ever forget. He was very courteous, kind and extremely helpful. Ionel has certainly set the bar for other waiters, he will be a tough one to beat. Thank you Ionel for your friendliness and your kindness, it was greatly appreciated 💯

Great location (directly in front of the station), very clean, and a great staff. Most friendly and helpful receptionists and service staff (Andrea, Lionel, Davide and Gigi), and a lovely first impression of the hotel. Everything about the hotel was good. It was very clean with an excellent, attentive and efficient service. Food was good with great value for money. The room itself was well equipped and comfortable. I was very pleased with my stay and I will be back soon.
