Fenghuang Hotels with Gym

The location of the hotel is right in the center of the ancient town . They have concierge to pick us up from the drop off point . It is a short distance of walk to reach the hotel . The view from the room is perfect and we even got upgraded with a balcony room . We are also offered a complimentary pick up and drop off from train station . The only downside about this hotel is overall the facility is slightly old but pretty well kept . If you want an early rest just take note the music level is really loud from outside and no much sound proof . Music will stop right at 1130pm.

The hotel is located next to the ancient city. It takes more than ten minutes to walk to the core area, but it is only a few dozen meters to the maglev station. The room was very clean, and the hotel also provided free fruit and baked sweet potatoes, which were delicious.

When I first entered this homestay, I was attracted by its unique appearance. The wooden door exudes a simple and rustic atmosphere, as if telling the story of the years. When I opened the door, an exquisite courtyard came into view. In the courtyard, flowers and plants are lush, and trees are shady. The sun shines through the gaps in the leaves, forming patches of light, as beautiful as a dream. Walking into the room, a warm breath hits me. The layout of the room is simple and comfortable, and the wooden furniture exudes a natural atmosphere. The bedding is clean and tidy, soft and comfortable, and people don't want to get up once they lie down. The beautiful environment of the homestay is not only reflected in the layout of the courtyard and the room, but also in its surrounding environment. The homestay is quiet in the bustle, and you can walk in the alleys of the ancient city when you walk out of the homestay and feel the strong historical atmosphere. The service of the homestay is also very thoughtful. The boss is very hospitable. They will take the initiative to introduce you to the attractions and food of the ancient city and provide you with many useful suggestions for your trip. I had a wonderful time in this homestay in Fenghuang Ancient City.

The hotel is located in the ancient city area. It takes 1-2 minutes to walk to the night scene area. The location is very good! There is also an observation deck on the top of the building, where you can see a super beautiful panoramic view. The room is comfortable and clean. The service of the lady at the front desk is super good👌🏻. You can navigate to the entrance of the hotel by car. There is a free parking lot🅿️, parking is very convenient. It is very convenient to eat nearby. It is recommended to stay at this hotel when you come to Fenghuang Ancient City!

We had the best service of our trip at this hotel- they truly go beyond and above. It was only a 15min Didi from the train station, also the bus shuttle from HSR to the city is right in front of the hotel. The location is perfectly situated at one side of the main bridge, but a nice 5min stroll away such that you are away from the noise on the main strip (in front of the river). Also, no mosquitoes. We initially booked a riverfront hotel but I am SO glad that we changed to this hotel after actually walking the whole tourist strip on foot. Legit the cobblestones near the river are terrible, and cars can’t get in so it’d have been a nightmare. Next, Xiao Dai （小代） who helped us and the manager were all so sweet. 小代answered all our WeChat questions extremely promptly (literally 1-2mins), and when we asked about the free laundry self use machine onsite, she offered to have us leave it in our room and do it for us so we could go out and explore. I thought this was truly above and beyond- she picked the clothes up from our room, washed them (separately as well for colours and whites), hung them and sent us a photo, dried them and returned them to us folded and freshly laundered. We were simply floored by this level of service. They are so so so kind and I can’t recommend this hotel enough for their kindness and eagerness to ensure your comfort during your stay. We stayed on the 7th floor in a suite and it was very comfortable- the bed itself and pillows were just right. Sheets felt high quality, pillows not too stiff and high, duvet was fluffy and nice. I liked that the toilet is separated from the shower and vanity- the soft but bright filtered lighting for the bathroom vanity was amazing for getting ready (for the girls who are sick of hotels with dark lighting and can’t do their make up). The room was spacious and although some aspects were a bit outdated, it was clean large and comfortable - we were so happy with our room. They also gave our group of 3 girls 4 room cards which allows for each card to breakfast. The breakfast ayis were so nice and made eggs freshly your way when asked. The cucumber and radish pickles were yummy and we really liked the corn soup and congee as well as all the vegetable dishes. The selection was good for us, as we like clean and simple, easy to digest and nutritious foods in the morning. Oh yeah they also sent us to the HSR on check out without charge, in the hotel’s car. They were so prompt in getting us to the HSR and the driver was really considerate, safe and careful. Literally the most calm drive we’ve experienced in China. Side note- the gym is massive and looks largely unused but the equipment is good, there are weights and cables and everything. There’s also a pool table and table tennis. A yoga room complete with a good amount of gear and mats.

Very strategic location running by two young, motivated and thoughtful gentlemen. It is outside from the ancient city. Just one street away (100m) from the Riverside in which is pretty good to keep us away from the loud singing at drinking pub along the Riverside and have good rest. The hotel and room very warmly decorated. The location mark at Trip.com a little misleading. Do remember to call up the hotel and they shall lead you the way better. Luckily we have the hotel staff helping us to book can from train station. The downside was there are too many stairs at the both ancient city and to the hotel. Fortunately, there is a lift co-sharing with another hotel to bring us up. Stairs are unavoidable since majority hotels and shops are built on the valley slope by Riverside. It is good to bring along walking cane for those with weak knee. I really love the bath tub and projector screen lol. 😂😍

The room was nice and clean, and the boss was very nice. He also introduced us to places worth visiting and restaurants that were good to eat. It was a very good, satisfying and happy trip.

Fabulous stay at Snowy & Sunny home stay. Staff are all very friendly n helpful. We r served with ginger tea at checkin n checkout. Also served with warm milk in the evening. Very thoughtful gesture. We were also given detailed instruction of how to tour the old town area n where best to take photographs. Location is abt 1-2km outside of old town area, but there is free shuttle bus that took us there. We were upgraded to a suite. Huge bedroom n living room n bathroom. Spacious n clean n very tasteful decor. Breakfast consisted of noodles, congee, dumplings, soybean milk n fruit. Very yummy. Highly recommended home stay!! 👍👍👍

The best hotel in fenghuang. The view from the rooms is stunning. We were welcomed by the staff which is polite and helpful, providing lots of helpful informations about the city and where to explore. Great cleanliness, very recommended to stay more nights as the city is wonderful at night and the hotel is so comfortable.

The service is very good, the road is close to the road but the sound insulation is OK, the sleep is stable, the hot water is the best, from Zhangjiajie all the way to play, this hot water is the most comfortable bath. There is breakfast, the breakfast category is less, and the attitude of the aunt who is doing breakfast is also very good. In addition, the hotel is more than 500 nights. The room is too small. The design of the wash basin is not good. It is protruding out and I don’t know at first. The floor is very slippery when the water is boiled. Overall OK
