Can you give me some boiling water? The employee replied that we were busy and no. So I went to the front desk on the first floor. The front desk clerk was sleeping on a pillow. We don’t drink in response to this weather. I said, can you ask the restaurant aunt to help me cook some? I replied that they are already at work, so you can just shout. I said that I just shouted and they would not help me cook it. The waiter said, just say what the front desk said. I said, can you tell her for me? The waiter said you can go by yourself. Hot water will be available at breakfast time at 8 o'clock. I said that now the child wants to drink milk at 6 o'clock, but he is still indifferent. I got angry and said forget it, I will just leave a negative review! The waiter just asked what room number you have? I ignored it and stormed back to the room! The room costs more than 500 per night. The room is neither clean nor has service. Just look at the picture and you will know how bad the hygiene is! Then the dryer ratio is very backward and there is a charge! I called the front desk to get hangers, but there were none! ! I rated this hotel for the first time! Speechless! !

The location of the hotel is good. Nanmen Temple is only a few minutes away from Tuojiang River. There are many restaurants near the hotel. Among them, the dishes at the Central Old Restaurant are also very delicious. It is just opposite the hotel. The hotel staff are also very nice.

This hotel gave me a very bad impression. After I checked in, the room was not cleaned up for me. I waited for an hour before it was tidied up reluctantly. Ctrip members are no longer members. Members can normally stay 4 hours in advance. After checking in, I waited for an hour. Although there was a bathroom room, the bathroom room was small. After taking a shower, the bathroom floor was covered with water and it was very slippery. The hotel did not have a drop-off and pick-up service. We asked for help to arrange a rental. I couldn't even book a car, and the service was really poor!

The check-in experience is poor. It faces the street and is noisy when sleeping at night. The parent-child room is 30 square meters. A room is divided into two rooms by a wall. There is no door. There is no difference between a standard room and a curtain in the middle. Three people cannot turn around in the room while taking a shower. The base fell off and hit my head. I couldn't communicate with the hotel because there was no trauma. People with children should pay special attention to the anti-theft chain of the parent-child room door. The anti-lock key was damaged. It felt unsafe during the stay.

被**騙來的，房間設施很陳舊，衞生差，床旁邊都是灰沒打掃乾淨，洗手盆很尷尬，洗個臉噴的全身都是水，最重要的是房間巨巨巨巨小！！！很壓抑，自助早餐沒法吃，第一次給差評！！！希望給大家一些參考，不要踩坑！

鬧中取靜的地方，位置離古城很近，不行過去古城就可以了，停車還是挺方便的，有自己的小停車場，就是房間有點小了，房間的暖氣不是特別的熱！

酒店位置很好找 離地鐵站3，5號線都特別近 酒店環境也很好 4樓還有洗衣機 很方便，房間也很乾凈整潔，一樓大廳還有書吧，很適合坐在一起看看書，喝喝咖啡，推薦 跟朋友一起入住

酒店離南華門很近 …………~~~比起古城裡麪 安靜很多 ……………………不怕吵可以選古城 怕吵的選擇這裏可以
